Hi, I've just joined this forum and I'm looking for some advice regarding the following issues.
1) I don't get random/morning erections. (haven't for like 4 years now)
2) I can't get an erection without the use of porn.
3) When I do get an erection, my penis doesn't even feel that hard. It just feels kind of spongy and soft.
4) I've noticed that my jizz isn't as thick anymore.
5) My sex drive and energy has deteriorated.
I've been trying to narrow down the reasons why I'm having these issues, and so far I've come up with these, but I'm not sure whether they are credible or not.
1) I'm not exercising enough.
2) I'm drinking nothing but Pepsi
3) Maybe my Testosterone levels are low.
4) To much masturbation.
5) Maybe I've damaged my penis and now have blood flow problems.
6) I'm to stressed out.
7) Maybe my brain and penis doesn't respond to anything other than porn.
I should mention that I went through a similar issue around 3 years ago and my cure was to stop masturbating for a few months and to exercise daily. It worked, but I'm not sure if I will have similar results if I were to try it again.
So, does anybody have any advice as to what I can do to improve my situation? Diet, exercises etc?
