So I've read a fair bit about the reverse kegal recently, but I'm still not at all sure what the exercise does or in all honesty how to do it. I am constantly kegaling, and fully know the benefits but the reverse is still a mystery.

So basically if you'll forgive my puerility is it like pretending you're about to do a poo? :S

And how will doing these every day change my body?

Also I've heard the term pelvic floor balance mentioned a bit, what is this and how does it effect us?

    Thanks to all replies

A reverse kegel is like pushing out to urinate faster, you relax your pelvic floor and flex your lower abs.
A real man never hurts a woman. The woman came out of a man’s rib, not from his feet to be walked on, and not from his head to be superior, but from his side to be equal. Under the arm to be protected, and next to the heart to be loved. - Mrs. workin_4_it
