  • I welcome your opinions

Sorry for posting it here, I didnt know the exact thread where this should go.

Hi guys, Im 25, Ive been battling with ED lately and PE since the beginning, too.
I have a girlfriend. I battle to keep the strenght of my erection for enough time,
but I can go around 80-90% of full size during foreplay. But when Im about to 'stab' her my erection drops to ~50% and of course its very annoying. With a lot of foreplay I can go in though (not easy), but then I have PE around 100% of the time (1-3 minutes). I went to a therapist but he asks for ****loads of money and I dont trust him at all. I also read about kegels, since probably I will be able to somewhat control both ED and PE. I also started to read Mantak's Multi orgasmic man, since it has a lot of exercises, and maybe it can help us.
I think I may have mental problems about whether I will "success" or not, or my mental part "prepares for not succeeding" and this leads to ED. Since I think of this, I cant enjoy the main thing.

What do you guys recommend me to do?

And my second question is, if I do reverse kegel my right (and only my right) testicle comes up, instead of
staying down (what its meant to do I think). Why is that?

You don't have ED you have anxiety. Penis exercises will help with erection quality. Balancing your PF takes a long time but is one of the key elements in fixing PE, but you're going to have to overcome your anxiety.

      Welcome to the gym kazmer!

      Don't know if you've read this \/

      https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...cess-here.html

      and this, very important \/

Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to Help Penis Growth!

This is a great read too \/

Excessive amounts of pornography can lead to ED

However I believe edging can improve erection quality (EQ), with the use of breathing control and use of imagination

Kegels are good, but don't go mad with them.

Okay well that's a fair amount of reading for you I know, you may have read some of these already, but there are other links I'm sure MrB8 can give you, which you may find useful.

Taking up PE should improve your EQ and give you a healthier unit and a more positive outlook on life (it has for me), don't forget to start a log to track your progress and help stay motivated. Many of the beginner routines can be found by clicking on the first link.

Good luck, stay safe and stay positive!

Thank you for all the help! I start reading!

Its kind of frustrating, that I lost most of my libido, too. :/
Thats the main problem, but probably its all because of anxiety.

When you say lately, do you mean that you did not this issue previously when having sex? Then the reason is most likely due to anxiety. But what most people donīt know that PE actually has also a lot to do with the genes.

Increased horniness is a positive PI from PE'ing! Stick with it and you will probably find that your libido increases.

It has to do with your nervous system and Test-Estro balance. There are a lot of factors, sadly, I can't agree with your statement on "Genes". PE is something that usually happens based on one's experience and mindset. If you use / abuse stims, if are a chronic alcoholic - among other things, this can all cause PE.

I've found many times, it's Caffeine going over 300mg that causes or worsens this, years back.
Also since there are quite a few people who take sexual stims - you have to remember that some of these stims may worsen/cause PE too. Not something like a PDE-5I would do.

Certainly the subject of PE is complicated and includes several possible factors and combinations of them. Anxiety is a big part but genetics are not to be excluded.
