Like in the other thread you posted people suggest you check out the erectile dysfunction forum. Kegels help out with EQ (erection quality).

Check this article out: How to Do Kegel Exercises for Men: A Definitive Guide to Male Kegeling | PEGym

I wish you good luck and do not hesitate to ask for help. Post some threads with your questions but also look into the forums and see if your questions have been already answered.

That you did, but it's worthwhile having a look around the forum also make use of the search-bar at the top right of the page to search for problems like yours.

Shrinkage is totally possible, if you don't use your muscles they shrink from lack of use. Although the penis is not a muscle strictly speaking (apart from smooth muscle), I'm pretty sure that is what happens, it sounds logical if you were very sexually active and now not so much.

I don't know a great deal about steroids (but I know a bit), is it too late to do the PCT to restore your hormone balance? or is will that only work immediately after a course? I know taking more drugs to try and correct the problem probably isn't the best idea, maybe a better option would be to consult your doctor? They have a duty of care and may be able to recommend a course of action without side effects?

yeah as i said in the other post mate its 100% worth going to your doctor and forcing him to run some blood tests and do your own research on the topic because doctors have a nice little habbit of excusing you as normal even when your test levels are on the floor, iv seen so many people get turned down for TRT when they are perfect candidates for treatment, so if your test is below 350ng/dl then you NEED treatment, dont let them tell you that your levels are normal if its in that range.

also there are methods of rebooting your testosterone and avoiding TRT all together, where you can go on a PCT even after this period of time and regain some lost testosterone. although for alot of people this improvement is temporary and can go back to normal after a few weeks off PCT but for some they managed to completely change their testosterone around, such as me, before PCT i was 380ng/dl then after PCT i was 860ng/dl after 2 weeks of being off PCT. worth a try, also it depends on a few factors such as the duration you were on cycle, and the amount of time youve been off, after 2 years of being off, your current test levels have probably cemented alot, so youll more than likely need TRT mate. if you want some more advice just shoot me a private message.

I would talk to a urologist or endocrinologist and see if you can be put on a drug like Clomiphene Citrate (aka Clomid). A lot of bodybuilders use Clomid when they use steroids because it helps maintain their body's natural testosterone production while they juice, which normally would shrink the nads and kill your natural test production. Long term use of steroids can cause long term damage on your testicles, which is what you may be experiencing. HOWEVER, using a drug like Clomid may help bring them back to life. After all, Clomid is a fertility drug. I personally was prescribed Clomid for my secondary hypogonadism and it has worked wonders for me. My testosterone levels are perfectly right where they need to be and I don't have to mess with any needles or stinky topical gels (that also kill your natural test production btw).

Just have a good honest discussion with your doc and mention Clomid.

                Good Luck!
