I started watching porn when I was 11 or 12 and A LOT of it when I was 13+ (like 2-3 hours a day at night). But the weird part is I never masturbated to it, or ever masturbated at all for that matter until I was 18. I don't know why, or how I did this, but I did. I've recently realized I have porn induced ED and have been roughly 3-4 months free of porn. Before I quit porn I could not even get hard to it anymore and it would take a VIGOROUS hand job from a real life girl to get me hard and even then it would only last about 5 secs before dying down. Furthermore, I was completely desensitized to women. Like I could see a completely naked woman walking down the street and I would feel pretty much nothing. The funny part is when I was in high school I would go insane just looking at a girl in yoga pants or tight jeans. But, 3-4 months ago...nothing at all. Now, I know PMO (Porn->Masturbation->Orgasm) can cause porn induced ED, but I feel like just watching Porn is worse?? I don't really know, I'm just asking if maybe I messed myself up more than the regular guy that does PMO (jacks off to porn) because I just watched it for hours without masturbating? I can say that I feel I might be getting better very slightly since I've given up porn, but my libido/sensitivity to women is still down in the dumps and I honestly feel like I may have done permanent damage. Any thoughts?

A real man never hurts a woman. The woman came out of a mans rib, not from his feet to be walked on, and not from his head to be superior, but from his side to be equal. Under the arm to be protected, and next to the heart to be loved. - Mrs. workin_4_it

I only believe that porn is an issue if it starts effecting your everyday life and/or your sex life. If all is well, then I don't see it as a problem. I use porn as a PE aid. Others say this is wrong, but this has helped my PE career. Only you can decide if it is a problem for you.12-5-11 --- 7-4-14

90% of guys watch porn, 90% of them do not have problems because of it. If you have been without porn for 4 months without a difference, then itīs time to do something. Go to a doc, get blood tests done. If nothing, and still no good, ask for doppler ultrasound. It comes to question if you have difficulties getting hard/staying hard to rule out a physical issue.
You havenīt done permanent damage by watching porn.

Exactly. If you use porn as an aid for P.E or to establish your circuits - it's not a problem. If you are completely only juiced up on it, or you have narrowed/limited your fantasies to it - now you may be causing an issue. By mindset.Originally posted by Bnip View PostI only believe that porn is an issue if it starts effecting your everyday life and/or your sex life. If all is well, then I don't see it as a problem. Alter and train backwards, while doing P.E exercises.
