Haven't posted in a while so I'll just give a rundown of what I've been going through.
About 3 years ago, when experimenting during masturbation, I did kegels as I was reaching the point of no return. I felt a bit of a strain and had a lackluster orgasm. Ever since, I've experienced weak erections and weak urine stream. I know, I was a dumb and horny kid at the time. I've been to a couple urologists (although not lately) who seemed to think it was more psychological then physiological despite my disagreement. I was provided with samples of 5 mg of Cialis to try which I took and saw not much improvement. here are a list of symptoms in a bit more detail
-weak erections (more specifically, bottom side and glans don't fill like they used to)
-weak stream and dribbling upon completion.
-weak ejaculation (needing to press on the perineum to get the excess out)
-Tingly warm feeling and tightness in the perineum during erection and ejaculation
I've tried reverse kegels, and while helping just a bit, my EQ is still noticeably lower than what it was.
I have less sex drive even though the urologist checked my levels and said everything was fine. I've also tried sitting less as sitting sometimes aggravates the discomfort in the perineum, however, working with computers has made this difficult.
I intend to keep trying what I've been doing. I'll probably go back to a different urologist once I get my insurance situation sorted. If I had to take a guess at what was wrong I would probably say imbalanced pelvic floor or some type of nerve damage (I hope not) Although I'm not working myself up about it. My GF says everything feels fine to her and that she is satisfied despite the issues.
I just figured that I'd come on and give an update and maybe some of you more knowledgeable posters can chime in.
Thanks guys
