    Ok I have been taking a PE break for the last week or so, other than a bit of Foreskin Restoration and lite Manual Work. Last night mid sleep I awoke to the start of a boner. I was able to just lay back and watch it happen. Once totally hard with no manual work I notice while on my back that when pulsing my member that it would pulse downward, as in towards the mattress. So being the inquisitive guy that I am I stood up from my sleep and in the shadows worked on inducing the SAME inner work that produced the downward pulsing. Now once standing, so was the direction of my erection ! What the F gives with that ?????
    Aside from the totally different feeling of a non stimulated or required hard-on, there may be some sort of link to this. Or not, but I still would like to know why the body works differently with the same muscle group from horizontal to vertical. Any one else have any experience like this. I realise that I am very lucky to have awoke at the exact moment that things started to happen, and even though I put some thoughts into progressing the hard-on it still felt internally very involuntary.     Or is this due to the amount of time spent jerking in a chair ? Seriously does any one think that the way we use our dicks over a period of time have retrained the inner workings to not be as effective as they should be in the desired sexual positions with a partner ? I'm not talking the brain aspect of this or the use of porn, but the mechanical/physical part only. TAAB

      Gravity moves the blood easily to the lower extremities. There may also be some interaction/interference by brain activity on your erection.

            Exactly, when you are asleep your conscious brain isn't nearly as active - your alpha waves are dominant, your melatonin is pulsing. When you are awake and aware, the opposite occurs. Your nervous system can disable erections when you are an anxious person - or are anticipating something.

              Just found this video and all that is directed to prostate/pelvic floor recovery, is directly related to ED as well. Its a good watch and combines all the exercises that we are told to do to correct ED. I find that in my day that this will be a way that I may stick to this. Have a watch and try the floor routine it can get pretty intense.

                I have to say that the exercises in the video really make a difference in mid sleep wood. Seems over the last few days boner health is in proving. I like to do these seated, laying down and standing throughout the day. Also for us guys that cant raise out now bigger rods thanks to this site, standing with a stroked up boner and trying to raise it works the same muscles. Its a nice way to see the improvements day to day. TAAB

                  Aug 31st Ok boys you need to do the David Hughes Exercises. I have had more mid sleep woodies in the last two weeks then ever before. I don't notice every night, but some are so hard I couldn't use the bathroom properly if I wanted. The only thing possible is to go back to bed and hope I'm not hard when I awake again, or stand in the shower..............And that's only if you can wiz through your woody. I cant, so it was back to bed for a bit of sleep before I could take care of my full bladder at a later time. Give it a week worth of good quality sets and I bet you will see some nice results. TAAB

                      I'll take a look at the exercises and contemplate doing them. I definitely want to improve my EQ a lot!

                      I am a little confused on the second step of the perineum lift and how he explained it. Can someone help me out understand this?

                        It may take some of you to get the movements down, but for those of us that have been kegling to death it will be pretty easy. The easiest way I can explain this to get the feel for it is to stroke up a semi to a full erection and rais your dick the best you can while standing. I find all the muscles he is talking about in the video engage. If you can feel the first group of muscles in the anus area the others will become more obvious. The last one is easy to get used to just be trying not to pee while in mid piss. Hope this helps. It seems that all the separate movements that we have discussed to death here dont need to be separated and can be combined. I have found that the results are quickly had with the least amount of time.
                        I will do a set of four on the way to work in the car, and maybe on the way home. At night I will do the floor ones, and even on my back at the sound of the alarm. Less than 5 mins a day to bring things back into play is all good. TAAB
