  • Can cardio alone really help you with ED?

    Hello

Can it, in some cases at least, really give your full erection back? Obviously this is a longer term experiment and that I'm not expecting results within the first few weeks.

But I just wanted some scientific facts and opinions from personal experiences.

Cardio improves blood flow . Your dick needs good blood flow so then the answer is? Besides it will help you live longer.

I am walking 3 miles on my treadmill 6 days a week and 30 minutes on eliptical ever other day. I have been eating healthy and lost 26 lbs since February 1. It has helped my ED. I also take the 5 g's, rotating them. I am trying to wean myself off Cialis, which I take when the wife and I are ready for sex.

i have about another 25 lbs to lose.

Has it given you your full erection back? How do you know if that's down to cardio or the 5g's?

Aren't both good? Seems to me they are.

Can't say I have ED, but as I have gotten older erections were not quite as firm as they used to be. Since the first of the year I have been walking for 40 minutes 4 times a week, eating much healthier and as a result have dropped 20 lbs. In addition to the walking, I have been PE'ing 4 times a week and recently started to add some strength training. Now I'm feeling better, have more energy and my erections are better than they've been in a long time. I'm sure the cardio/walking has helped, but put everything together and it has added up to better health AND better erections.

I don't know about the "alone" part, but I wouldn't leave it out. Cardio is like squeegeeing out your veins, good for endothelial function.
