    Bio background: I'm 24, healthy, fit, I don't smoke and I rarely drink (never getting hammered).

    Basically, I haven't experienced a strong, lasting erection in ages. Whenever I have one it's hard to keep it for more than a few seconds.

    This is affecting my workout among other things. In every work out session, after the stretching part, I try to arouse myself to get ready for jelqing. This takes me ten minutes where I'm basically jerking off - and that barely gives me a 50% erection level. It would be enough, but I have to account for the fact that my erection fades away while I jelq. Oftentimes, I get to the point where I almost cum and my penis is just half erect. Jelqing itself doesn't arouse me at all. Once I'm finished jelqing, my unit is 100% rested, if not for the slightly swollen head.

    Obtaining decent measurements is also a chore because there's no way I can keep it hard for more than a few secs. Sometimes I even doubt I gained something in 4 months of PE because of certain measurements that seem to be unchanged. This kind of insecurity doesn't help of course.

    Edging makes little sense as it doesn't stay hard when I get close to cum.

    Likewise, erect kegels aren't possible. I can do one -- then I try to stimulate my penis to keep it hard. Somehow I think kegeling shouldn't involve constant stimulation all the time.

    I stopped watching porn a week ago; I also decided to stop measuring for a while aswell, as this anxiety is playing a role in this whole thing I suppose.

    I tried to stimulate myself in other ways that don't involve jerking off. I only manage to achieve a semi-hard state. Arousing thoughts don't really help.

    I do get some hard-ons from time to time but nothing to write home about. I'm not sure whether this problem is psychological, due to PE fatigue, or both. Considering I'm doubting my gains, I'm can't tell if my workout is too light or too intense and whatnot. This erection problem isn't helping too much.

    Do you do kegels? Any kind of pelvic floor work?

      Are you just tried from whatever you have going on???? For a while I was working around the clock and sex just wasn't in the cards. It was only for a few months but I didn't have time or energy to do much of anything extra in my day. Basically work, eat, sleep.

          - I do kegel, but my unit is flaccid when I do that. I also do some reverse kegeling from time to time. All I do is force the abs as if I had to push some air out.

          So you suggest jelqing first? There was some thread here where somebody suggested stretching, then jelqing. I'll try that.

          I have no negative PI's, except for erection hardness - but that was a thing before I started PE'ing, I think. No positive PI's or NI's either.

              I haven't sought professional advice yet.

              I got morning wood today. It quickly subsided as soon as I got up. Still, that's a sign it's psychological more than physical.

                I think it's definitely the porn. I'm going through a porn detox myself right now and I too experience the same things. I notice that when I get around 35 days without porn I'm crazy horny and I can get hard just by thinking about sex.

                  How do you guys figure it must be due to porn? If it was, he should still be able to get hard by watching porn, but this is not the case?

                      Well, yes. I can't tell if it's worse now than before PE. I'll go easier with PE and see if the trend changes for the better.
