  • Short term ED, how to recover

    Hey!

    I've been PEing for 2 months doing the JP's90 and a week ago I did my stretches after a shorter time of warm up and I could feel how the penis's blood just went out and I couldn't stay hard afterwards. For the record, there was no pain. Been having a weeks rest now.

    Before I could get erect by just the warm up or touching it. Now I have a less EQ and it doesn't get hard as easily. Is this a mild venous leak?

    Can anyone of you with more experience guide me to better EQ. It's really bugging me...
    More rest? More jelqs? Where to begin after this?

    More rest and less stress. You'll be fine. Give it another week or two.

      No, don't worry about venous leaks, maybe you stretched too hard and need some more rest, take time off until your EQ is back to normal and warm up properly next time.


      You may want to try stretching after jelqing.


      Generally speaking, jelqing (especially at higher EL) targets the smooth muscle [EQ] and stretching targets the tunica, watch your PIs as you make changes.


      Kegels (regular and reverse) help with EQ, but don't go overboard with them as you may tire out your pelvic floor, which would reduce EQ.

        I was actually afraid that I needed more rest... Gees, I want to gain! Well, if you can choose by gaining a flaccid limp penis or an erect one, I'd go for the erect one. Hm..

        Also to notice it's that it's cold now after work out, which would mean bad circulation, eh? However I'm in really good shape, so I don't know how to get any better blood circulation...

          I didn't feel like stretches were okay, I would have ripped it off! At least that's what it felt like! Well, that theory says I should target tunica with stretches (almost same BPFSL and BPEL), but as I did, it got worse. I've been kegeling/reverse kegeling hard here before, but it got harder after the occasion to do kegels.

          The EQ-drop went so quick I didn't have time to watch for PIs.

          Well, just give another week then.

            You should only feel tension on your shaft when stretching, nothing more.


            Rest and rest and rest, rest until it heals, low EQ is a sign of injury, relax and rest, maybe have some rum!

            You may warmup to aid blood circulation, but don't force an erection nor masturbate.
