I'm a very frustrated guy. Struggling with ED and subsequent low morale/drive. I know pumps help with size/growth, but can they help treat ED? Do you just use a pump right before sex or does regular use help for whenever you're ready to go? Is bath mate the best choice or is that just for enlargement? I'm content with my size, I just want my erections back. Help.

There's a mod here (not2big) I believe that uses a pump for ED.
I have noticed an increase in erections with low intensity (lighter suction force) when pumping on a regular basis. Too high of suction force tends to create the opposite effect for me.
I think pumping can help a little bit, as can strengthening your pelvic floor muscles thru kegeling. If watching porn on a regular basis, I would highly suggest laying off that for a while, as that contributes to ED as well.

I believe regular use will help in general (as well as other PE methods), but also before to help encourage good blood flow and erections.
Any pump should work, but there are pros and cons for each. Some are detailed in that article, including price, air vs. water, gauge or not, etc.
Also, there are other factors that may be contributing to your ED, most commonly anxiety or physiological issues. It may be helpful to identify the reason, and address that as well.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

Pumping for ED is a routine put forward by Avocet8 over at Thunders. I followed it for a year or so which helped improve (not overcome) my ED.
Essentially it entails pumping at 5 hg for three 10 minute sessions, each followed by three Ulies ending in a squeeze of the glans. Slowly slide a fairly tight ok grip up your shaft until it reaches the glans. Hold the grip tightly while grabbing your glans with your other fingers and squeeze additional blood into the tip of the glans. Repeat the squeeze three time before repeating the process. I did two sessions a day.
Dynamic or pulse pumping is another pumping routine that helps with ED. In this routine pump for 2-3 minutes at 5 hg and than reduce the vacuum to 2 hg for a minute. Repeat three or four times. You can vary the time frames from time to time. The rhythm is supposed to mimic the cycle your dick goes through during REM sleep to generate night wood.

Thanks guys. I rarely wake up with morning wood, and if I do, it's usually fleeting. Also, I don't masturbate (married and haven't jerked myself in 4 years), and I don't watch porn. Today I jelqed for a few minutes with a semi-boner, then worked my way up to a full hard-on in the shower to do some edging, but went limp after a minute or so. So it's obviously frustrating that I can't maintain an erection for sex, but now I'm struggling to even be able to edge by myself. I'll try to keep up these habits though, even doing it on my bathroom breaks and will do sets of Kegals at my desk. Thanks for the pumping tips as well.

So I took your guys' advice: did a round of Kegals at my desk, then went to the bathroom, worked myself to a semi, did about 10 slow jelqs, then once fully hard I edged - got super close to blowing twice but held off. While the jelq grips were tight, I was really light on my grip while edging - just brushing my palm up and down and using saliva so it could glide. I don't want to get to the point where I rely on a death grip in order to orgasm, so I figured that little pressure would be best. This seemed to work well, as the erection stayed super strong but still very sensitive. My goal is to get an erection strong enough for penetration but that can be maintained without a death grip. Should I consider getting a cock ring for once I'm erect? Do those work well?

Have you considered starting the JP90? There are a few members, looking4more for example, that came with ED and penis exercises cured it. You might find that some manual work alone will fix your problem.
