Hi,
First off, I know these questions should be directed towards a doctor or urologist, but I'm overseas and can't really see a doctor until I'm home.
So, all my life my penis size has got me down. It looks and feels really thin when erect (because, surprise, it is thin). But it feels particularly thin because the CS (underside) of my penis deflates when erect. It is completely soft. It doesn't protrude whatsoever. In addition, my glans remain soft when erect.
In the past, I could barely achieve an erection nor maintain it without constantly playing with it. And, even when I did have an erection, it was a lousy one. Since then, I have been using Nascent Iodine (applying to my balls) and my erections have improved a lot: they are much easier to get and maintain. However, the issue with the CS and soft glans has not improved at all. My erections still feel bad.
In the past my size made me depressed, but I think having a proper erection would make me feel much much better. It would no doubt improve my girth too.
I was wondering my symptoms point obviously to venous leak, or pelvic floor imbalance
This all makes me very depressed. I was prescribed anti-depressants but I (maybe stupidly) stopped because I was getting some bad side-effects, and I was worried about killing my erections.
What do people recommend I do between now and returning home (2 months)? It would be great to make some progress before I consider surgery. Some might think it is pelvic floor imbalance. In the past, I have done stretches targeting the pelvic floor, and RKed a lot, but to no avail. Granted, I probably wasn't consistent enough.
I am particularly interested in the coils procedure done by a radiologist. Obviously, it would have to be known that I actually have venous leak, but it seems unlikely that I don't.

- Soft glans and CS above (glans look kind of wrinkly)
- Very poor erection when lying down. Erection never stands upright, or even close to upright, when lying. It always goes horizontal up toward my body, resting on my stomach.
- Very large superficial dorsal vein
- Terrible premature ejaculation. I'm a virgin. I know I have PE because I've cum in my pants well before intercourse, and I take like 10 seconds when aroused and masturbating.
- Anxiety issues - obviously the key, or sole, contributor to my PE.
- Involuntary kegels very often. It just feels like I have no control over that area. When I'm masturbating, it goes nuts. When I touch or am touched by girls I like, it involuntarily does it. I know that I am a virgin so I'm not used to contact from a woman, but there is definitely an issue down there.
