I have a question for you guys. I recently decided I would start doing pelvic floor stuff but am unsure whether or not I have a loose pelvic floor or a tight one, or something in between. How do i find out the tightness/looseness of my pelvic floor and adjust the reverse/normal kegel ratio accordingly? thanks guys. I'm aiming for a balanced kegel floor.
