    Hellos everyone, I'm new here and this is my first post. I have been check the site out and reading lots on PE, and i must say that there is a lot of info. I have been PEing for 3 months now and i have noticed some small, but noticeable gains. I started a routine of only a warm up and jelqs, which i increase to 500 a day within 6 weeks...this was before finding this site...i noticed that i wasn' getting results because of over training... Now, however, i warm up, stretch and jelqs (10 Mins) 100 up and 100 forward (according to the LOT theory).

    Now, i have a question: I find that my erections are strong if i'm on top or standing, but as soon as i lay down on my back i shrink. I've had this problem before and i'm curious as to why this happens....

    That's pretty normal, think about the physics of it. When you are on your back your dick is pointed straight in the air. Your heart has to pump blood up as opposed to down. You have gravity working against you when you are laying on your back, it is only natural for the blood pressure to be lower.
