  • New here, in need of some help

    Hi,

For the past year or so, I have noticed a big decrease in the quality of my erections, and it only seems to be getting worse. I can almost always get an erection, but I cannot maintain one unless I am constantly stimulating it, and it disappears very rapidly after orgasm, or if i stop stimulating it. I am talking seconds.

When wearing a condom, I almost always lose my erection during intercourse, and reach orgasm maybe 1/10 times. When not wearing one, I lose my erection during sex maybe 20-50% of the time especially if I am going at it pretty hard (circulation problems perhaps?)

I also notice that my erection just feels much less hard & less strong than it used to, especially on the upper half o f my penis. It feels as if the base is still working normally, but the top half doesn't fill up properly, or it cannot hold the blood within very well unless i am VERY aroused. when I get half-erections, the bottom half feels normal, but the top half feels as if there is nothing in there and it is completely flaccid. I have looked in peyronies disease but i have no curvature or noticeable scar tissue.

I was wondering if I also have prostatitis as i often have pain in my prostate as well. not daily, but it comes and goes regularly. though i did not see erectile dysfunction as a listed side effect of prostatitis.

I have read information online and have quit smoking for the last 3 months, but this has had no effect. I have tried viagra and it works. I am in fairly good shape, i live in a city where i bicycle daily and exercise everyday, and eat fairly healthy. I don't eat any frozen foods, rarely eat fast-food. I don't like sweets or eating unhealthy snacks. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Have I somehow injured my penis beyond repair, or can anyone relate to this? I am getting bait desperate and would appreciate any advice you can give.

    Thank you.

    Don't miss this thread!!

And if you haven't already done so, please read the START HERE thread and focus on safety.

When done correctly, PE will greatly improve your penile health and increase your EQ, in addition to size gains, but you need to be consistent, patient and persistent, please do as much research as you can, ask questions, follow safety and exercise instructions carefully and remember that PE is a long term process, don't rush it up.

I recommend you first condition your penis by following a beginner's manual routine for at least 90 days or until you stop gaining - whichever comes last. Most members here start with JP90, and gain fine from it, being an intense beginner's routine, you may want to consider starting slow and gradually increase workload!

Starting a journal in the progress forum is a good idea, to track your progress and get feedback, also for motivation!

Please see a doctor to check your prostate, do not try to self diagnose.

Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

    Good Luck!
