I think the best way to get forward is to go to an ED specialist (not a general GP nor even an urologist). The specialist will do full bloodwork to rule out hormonal causes and diseases (you have done some already). If nothing is found wrong then comes the doppler test that is the most effective way to rule out the physical issues.
