    Never i imagined that i would almost beat E.D by doing nothing, well i stopped any kind of PE and this worked like a charm for me..

    Mainly i wanted to get rid of my horrible hard flaccid, and when God (MrB8) suggested me to stop for awhile PE and masturbation, thats what i Did.

    Nothing else, seriously, and im reporting after a few weeks of no touching, and i thought it would take months or years to recover..
    I check my penis daily to see that plumpness i thought i've never get back.. i can achieve a great semi hard erection just by dirty thinking, and sometimes i get random spontaneous erections throughout the day..

    The only dilemma that comes to mind is, can i get back to do pe without worrying that i could get my hard flaccid back? I want my flaccid to stay like this forever.

    That is a awesome! Sometimes a bit of rest does wonder for issues.

    Did you have ED prior to PE?

    Was the hard flaccid due to a PE related injury?

    What kind of routine were you following?


    As too returning to PE mor information would allow me to give a better answer, but starting very light with low volume and slowly working back up through a conditioning routine would probably be ok. I would make sure to progress slowly, but without knowing what got you here I can't make any further recommendations.

    But congrats on getting your ED up and under control and your recovery!

      Congratulations on your recovery!

      After your recovery is complete, and you have taken enough rest, you may ease back into a light beginner's routine, and go slow.

      Do not do many kegels, no more than 25 reps in one sitting, do less if you want, and no more than three sittings in one day, and add reverse kegels afterwards. Also rest days are important.

      Your PIs will tell you if you how you are doing.

          My E.D was related to a big mixture of pe, masturbation, high stress levels and other mental issues..

          Masturbation Probably caused my hard flaccid to worsen..

          I was following a good routine that gave good length gains at the end of october.. i was doing a variation of jp90 (Since i respond well to stretches and jelqing) addng also kitv's instead of regular V-jelqs.

            I agree with zman and mrb8, when you feel ready to go, wait one more week and start very low with low EL jelqs, try to increase the plumpness of your flaccid , your EQ, and increase the number of jelqs over time.
            Pay plenty of attention to how it behaves after the work out and on the next day.
            Make sure to take enough rest days .

              And a stressful P.E session is not really productive at all! Hard to image for some though.
