Sounds like you're just not orgasming as hard as you used to, tbh. Maybe try to extend the amount of time you spend masturbating and try using start/stop; that may help. I agree that this sounds like an arousal issue. I do get a sort of heartbeat feeling sometimes; just depends on how hard I orgasm/how horny I was before.

Also try drinking ginseng tea/a mix of ginseng and green tea. I drank some almost exclusively for a week and my libido went crazy, as did my orgasms.

interesting note onmywaythere! you werent the first to say that it has to do with how strong my orgasm is.. i do remember 3 years back, i use to always masturbate with a cloth or bed sheet an it alwys felt better then with my bare hand an now since i only do it with my bare hand, it doesnt feel as good an i would use a cloth or bed sheet an masturbate within a minute an have an intense orgasm unlike now, i go a min or two with my bare hand an just isnt as good of a feeling but of course, the cloth/sheet makes it more sensitive an sometimes i dont stroke the most sensitive spot on the penis with my bare hand as i would with the sheet/cloth but is it needed to do edgeing like stop an go with my bare hands to make it feel better the orgasm? is it natural that way?

Stop and start definitely increases orgasm strength, as does time to orgasm. You're also older than you were before so there might be hormonal differences, and you're also probably way more used to mamsturbating so it's not as exciting.

Also, please try to use proper punctuation and capitalization in future posts; it'll dramatically increase their readability.

I get increased heart rate during sex and when I orgasm. Depending on the night can be very fast. So I can't say for sure but think it's just your not as aroused, orgasm not as strong. Wouldn't be worried though because if it was something else I doubt it would be serious in anyway.

Heart rate is supposed to go up during, and near orgasm, and during and shortly after orgasm. This is healthy, sympathetic nervous system ramps up during these times...you don't want an abnormally fast heart rate, but you certainly want your body to respond to stimulus!

Yeah, by that I meant the longer you take to masturbate before orgasming. Longer periods between masturbation sessions may also help. How old are you, btw? That may be a factor.

Depends on a multitude of factors, you want to generate control, practice edging, practice general restraint....it depends on the speed of stroke - how/with what source of visual stimulation - and what you are trying to achieve.
