  • Penis sensitivity enhancement cream/oil - recommendations

    My penis is not as sensitive as I'd like. Can't enjoy oral much, and don't have enough feeling in vaginal (woman's tightness is not the problem).

    For the first time, I opened one 400iu capsule and rubbed into my penis last night. I'm wondering if one of these a day will increase sensitivity (and if so, how long it may take for effects to begin)?

    Should I look into something other than using plain vitamin E on the penis? If so, what brands of creams/oils are recommended?

    I don't want to restore my foreskin...

      To increase sensitivity, do not masturbate without lube, and restore your foreskin.

        I tryed vitamin e and primrose oil because of information on the web. At the time I was very consistent with it, but it did not help and after 3 months I stopped. I was using it as a lube for pumping daily, but I did not see any reason to continue. Good luck with it.

            How about we get some information:

            1) Have you had your foreskin amputated? If yes, how much of it?

            2) Do you masturbate, or get hand jobs often? Are they with a very firm grip?

            As far as I know, we can't get you more nerve endings or nerve cells - So the question is how to get those you got more sensitive.

            I would prefer you look into studies before mixing together a cocktail that might work, it's easy to get fooled by a placebo.

              My foreskin was removed shortly after birth. Not sure how to answer how much...

              I was masturbating too often, and possibly too firmly. I did not lubricate over the many years. May have damaged from that. What could help to restore sensitivity? Creams/oils? Something else (besides foreskin restoration)? Combination?

                      I never really enjoyed Blow Jobs other then the view till I started the no fap challenge. Stop fapping and your sensitivity will come back. If you have to masturbate to relive your self, use lube, keep it wet and go soft, especially when you com, refrain from squeezing. But really try to hard to not touch your Dick for at least 30 days, 90 would be better. If you have an active sex life, talk to your partner and have her help you by relieving you instead of you masturbating. Fleshlight would be awesome substitute as well.

                      All these creams and stuff may work temporarily but your not fixing the problem.

                        A question...after you quit masturbation, were you having intercourse regularly? If not, did you ever have trouble with EQ, proper function, etc. from lack of use?

                          I was having sex as often as my wife would let me. Her sex patterns on sporadic, it can be everyday for a week nbut on average its like once a week sometimes two weeks or once a month lol. When I first started No fap/No Porn (bout 2.5 weeks into it) I was frustrated at her so she gave mea blow job and it never felt so amazing. My EQ was thru the roof as I was as hard as I can ever be. I think that turned her on and we had sex and it did feel amazing and she loved the EQ as well.

                          With the no porn thing, it was hard for me to get a erection by using my imagination or even slightly touching my self. But if I saw another woman it was instant turn on. But initially since I found it hard to get myself up I was worried I would have the problem with sex, I just wasn't used to the control as I'm the kind of guy that gets hard from a hug or a kiss. But as soon as my wife did anything I was up and ready to go. No Fap and No porn is very challenging to do but if you really want to fix this issue you try it, what do you have to lose?                             I will - thank you. I actually have a little soreness, possibly from poor exercise technique, which I stopped. I first felt it about two weeks ago, and it still comes sometimes.

                            In the past, I considered no masturbation. I was off it once for a week, and when I tried again, it was difficult to get things going again. So, I got concerned that lack of use would hurt things.

                            What kind of kegeling routine were you using when you got away from porn and masturbation, if any? How often, how many (regular & reverse)? How long were they held, etc.?

                              When I do PE for too long it does get a bit sore but I don't do PE again till all soreness goes away. When you quit masturbation and porn it will take a while for your body and brain to reboot. It is very common for it to be difficult to get it up, to include myself. But never had the issue when it was with someone else. Just give it time.

                              I do many variations of Kegels but the best is just slow and steady Kegels. I don't count, just do theme till I feel like its been worked good. Start small and once it gets stronger do longer holds. I started doing 10 second holds but I really don't do more than 30 seconds. I can do a lot longer but choose not to, I don't see the benefit and rather to slow 3 - 5 seconds squeezes and some pulsing stuff. More fun.
