Hello, I am new to PEGym. Have erection issues, that's why I'm here. I started the JP90 on the 29th of Dec and purchased the Hercules and used it twice. My question....is it alright to do my JP90 and then my BM routine after? I thought it may help my erections by doing BM after the JP90 workout. Thanks and waiting for a reply.

It is normally recommended to wait until you have finished JP90 before starting pumping. However, since you already have the Hercules, you may want to use it for light pumping (low vacuum) after your workout.Valued Member of 12+ years at the PEGym12/'09 (start) NBP EL - 4.5, EG - 4.4

....Thanks, not2big for reply. I am hoping this site will help me with my erections. I get a small erection and can't get it pumped up to proform like It use to. I was able to get hard enough last night to have intercourse but I'm not getting the penetration that I like, but doing the routine maybe will help. I can't even get my erect measurements right now, but I'm determined it will come. Just so frustrating. Thanks again.Originally posted by not2big View PostIt is normally recommended to wait until you have finished JP90 before starting pumping. Pumping is a good way to work on this. The problem with the bathmate is the lack of gauge. Short pumping sets at low vacuum should help. Careful PE should also enhance the quality of your erections. You may want to avoid stretching for now.https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-e...a-jelqing.html

pumping for ED:
Try pulse pumping combined with jelqing between sessions - pump to medium vacuum (no discomfort) for two or three minutes and then reduce to low vacuum for 1/2 minute. Repeat three times and remove cylinder so you can slow jelq (feel blood move into glans) for two minutes. Repeat whole process three times.
This process mimics night wood during REM sleep which your body normally does to naturally maintain EQ.Valued Member of 12+ years at the PEGym12/'09 (start) NBP EL - 4.5, EG - 4.4

.....Thanks, for the info but are you saying I should stop doing the JP90 workout completely or just the warm up exercises of stretching? Thanks, not2big, I will try this if it will help my erections. Should I not do the other BM routine and how often should I do this procedure?Originally posted by not2big View Postpumping for ED:

Hello, I started JP90's program roughly 1 week ago.. I didn't complain about erection problems before, BUT since i started program, i said to myself no more PORNO. I bought multivitamins and started to edge(stopping by kegels) after every workout for 20 minutes.. and I really feet my EQ improved a lot lately.
One more thing: I really suggest to do 2x1 schedule, JP90 program is for newbies, but still it is intensive.
And i am doing kegels 2x1 schedule as well.
Wish you all the best.Last edited by growtime; 01-06-2015, 11:15 AM.

Forget JP90 for now and follow not2big's advice.
As zambijs said edging (without releasing more than twice a week) will help you too.
Too much porn may have the opposite effect.https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-e...a-jelqing.html

......Thanks, zambijs for your input. I started the program about the same time and like the program very well but may have to be a little more careful, I noticed a sore small swelling on my left side just below my gland. Used heating pad on it, seems better. I like the v jelq but may have used too much pressure. As for porn, I don't mess with that, it's bad in so many ways. Just want better and more quality erections and growth in length and girth. Age and some meds may be part of the problem, but if Abraham of old ( no pun) was able to perform at 100 years old, with God's help I'm going to keep on performing too! lol.Originally posted by zambijs View PostHello, I started JP90's program roughly 1 week ago..
