  • Please help! - What's Causing My Penis Pain/Size Issue?

I'm new to this board and have a few questions. Over the past couple years my penis has decreased in size and firmness and that my testicles will randomly suck up into myself. I'm early 30's and these are my questions:

    • Will low testosterone cause shrinkage? I've seen multiple urologists and they say I'm fine, but one said I was on the lower side.
    • My penis feels cold all the time and it's painful to wear jeans on most days because it's so limp.
    • At times I have morning erections, but many times I don't have them.
    • I was on beta blockers for a while, but haven't been on them for almost two years. I'm not sure if this had anything to do with it. After I took them is when I started feeling this way.
    • There are times when I bend over that my penis will completely turtle. Never happened before up until around two years ago.
    • I can have sex with my partner, but I rarely get an erection unless their involved. When it is erect it's fine and I can perform with them without an issue. There are days that I have a lower sex drive. Before this issue it was extremely high.
    • There are times that it feels so small during the day that the head looks huge (like a baseball bat).
    • Can tight groin muscles, abductors, hip flexors cause a limp penis?
    • What exercises, supplements, etc would you guys recommended. I'm up to do anything to get back to normal again.

Any help or advice would be great on my road to recovery. Thanks, guys!!

    Don't miss this thread!!!

You are fine, and the doctors you have seen said so, being on the lower side does not mean you have a problem. Follow a healthy diet and exercise, get enough sleep, lower your stress level, and sugar consumption and you should notice overall health improvements.

Stress, anxiety and pelvic floor imbalance would explain the symptoms you are describing. Relax, your penis does not like to be monitored so closely all the time, if you stop worrying about it, it will work just fine.

And if you haven't already done so, check the links on the navigation bar at the top of the page especially the START HERE Thread and focus on safety, you only have one penis, take good care of it.

Pick one of the manual beginner routines and follow it for at least 90 days to condition your penis, or until you stop gaining. Most members here choose JP90, it is an intense routine, start slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time, jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans.

Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

A real man never hurts a woman. The woman came out of a man’s rib, not from his feet to be walked on, and not from his head to be superior, but from his side to be equal. Under the arm to be protected, and next to the heart to be loved. - Mrs. workin_4_it
