    Hi Guys,

    I have been searching methods to improve my ED for years and i 'stumbled' upon this simple treatment two weeks ago. It is a form of hydrotherapy but i just call it cold water hot water treatment and it is improving my erections (at least at the moment). So I thought i'll share with you guys. I think if you are having trouble getting nocturnal erections (aka morning wood), this treatment may be beneficial to you.

    Now to the actual ritual- Basically, turn on your shower and direct the water at your groin area i.e. penis and scrotal scrotum for about 60 seconds then leave it for about 10 seconds and direct hot water at the area (the hot water should be hot but not hot enough to cause injury). Repeat this process at least 5 times or more if you wish.

    Now repeat the hot water cold water process above for your entire body. Do this Daily and you should begin to see improvements in your erections almost immediately.

    The mechanism by which this treatment works is by improving circulation of blood in the genitals and in the body as a whole. When you apply cold water, blood drains to the deep tissues and when you apply hot water, blood rushes to the skin.

    Thanks for sharing. I don't have ED, but I am very curious to see if this simple remedy could indeed help some of our members.

      Improves bloodflow.Im doing: 2 min hot water, 30-40 sec cold water, 10 times/ day.
      If you have 2 large containers, fill them with hot water and cold water with ice (the colder it is, the better) you can try it on your waist. You sit in cold water with your butt and d!ck 40 secs and then you move into the hot water for 2 min. Repeat. Always finish with COLD WATER.
      Dont blanch yourself.

        Thanks for this contribution. This regimen is said to improve your circulation in the long term with continuous practice. How long have you done this for and what actual changes did you notice since carrying out the regimen.

        It is clearly helpful in the short term, i am curious to know about 6 months - 1 year down the line.

              in this case it was just a nice try... simply did want to start new thread to get know this issue. start with hot water or start with cold.

                  I can see whee it might help mild ED. However, I believe jelqing and kegels would have a more beneficial effect.
