    Morning all,

    Ive been doing the JP90 routine for around 4 weeks now. Albeit, not to any kind of schedule as working for myself I do a lot of hours and im generally in a rush all the time. I am however feeling good doing it and although my wife doesn't know im doing it yet she has commented on both how my dick looks on soft and how it feels inside her.

    However, ive recently noticed that I no longer wake up with a boner! I don't know if its due to the stress of work or JP's routine? Sometimes also my dick doesn't want to play ball when it comes to working out as if I cant get any blood in it to jelq. Can anyone else relate to this?

    When I do get a good workout in my dick looks great and I can tell that the flaccid stretch has improved and my erections feel more solid than before but I would like to know how to cure my EQ problems in the mornings?

    I don't take any suppliments as im never one for popping pills but maybe I should start with the reccomendations on JP's post, does anyone else take the suggested pills and do they work?

    As long as your erections during the day are strong, you shouldn't worry about it. You may still be having nocturnal erections, just not when you wake up. If your EQ is not as good take a few days off and then start back a a lower intensity.

          Loss of morning wood is my first sign of overworking my unit. Usually a day or two off PE will correct that.

            Thanks Guys, I had yesterday off and will take a rest tonight aswell and see how I feel tomorrow.

            As the wife doesn't know yet (she will think its stupid and wont believe it can happen unless there is visual proof), she shouts upstairs to me asking what im doing once I get out of the shower. She has also commented that I spend to much time in the shower now but that is because I warm up in there hence me rushing things or doing a good working out but in less time which isn't what I want!!

              Ive also just figured out what 'turtling' is and my cock does it after most workouts! It resumes its normal state after a while but is there a way to stop it happening?

                Stop stimulating yourself so hard! Too much pressure and working yourself up is no good...gotta have the right pace. Give it time.
