Many of these ED cases are purely mental. Also sometimes it is a reflection of declining over all health, and loss of esteem...

Green tea helps blood flow and helps erections, also helps to cut down on stress.

If you have a lot of stress in your life it can cause ED.

That's correct, and if it is going by the standard I'm foreseeing, then your numbers are Fine.
If Testosterone levels are -Normal-, then biochemically speaking; the problem lies with serotonin and / or noradrenaline - which both have to do with STRESS.

    Sex, migraine and serotonin interrelationships.

    Abstract

Sexual deficiency or frank impotence in man could be due to an imbalance of monoamines, particularly 5-HT, at the mating center level. An absolute or relative excess of 5-HT seems to antagonize testosterone at the level of the mating center receptors in the brain. Plasma testosterone levels in so-called psychological impotence are normal. When the 5-HT (serotonin) concentration in sexually deficient men is sufficiently decreased with parachlorophenylalanine (PCPA) treatment and testosterone levels increased following its administration, a
vivid sexual stimulation appears in about half of the untractable cases. Similar results are observed by substituting testosterone with monoamine oxydase inhibitor (MAOI) in PCPA-treated volunteers. Furthermore, MAOI-PCPA are administered to emphasize the brain shift between serotonin and catecholamines. Yet the PCPA-MAOI treatment avoids the prostate carcinogenic risk of testosterone administration in aging males, and seems to have euphorizing effects stronger than those expected only from MAOI therapy. Because of the several side effects of PCPA-MAOI testosterone, the present experiments should be interpreted very cautiously.

did you continue taking cialis? would be interesting to hear how it goes after you stop

I have a similar problem I guess, I can get it up most of the time, but maintaining is problematic.. 590 testosterone, no porn issues.
My journey to becoming a sexmaster
Short term goal: restoring pelvic balance
Middle term goal: ejac. control, great EQ
      Long term goal: Multiple orgasms
What will you do today, that will make you proud in a year?

Thanks for the reference, it makes sense to me considering my experience. During the 2 years I took paxil, I was much more relaxed and didn't have any problem on maintaining erections, perhaps my libido got really low at the time.

I haven't stopped yet. I don't think I'll until at least 2 months. Your problem occurs when you're solo too?

Paxil is an SSRI; they are all known to cause persistent sexual dysfunction. You should have mentioned that before.

You could look at an anti-stress regimen; something I usually recommend (ONLY along with good diet and exercise) for those who have been on SSRI - is Tibetan Shilajit.

Updating: I had sex on tuesday and even taking daily cialis 5mg and that combination of maca+caffein+iombina+tribulus, my penis wasn't much different than from 3 months ago.

I figured I was about to cum even before starting the sex, so I got worried and tried to relax. At this moment, I lost the erection and wasnt able to fully recover it. The intercourse last like 8 seconds and I came with the penis kinda flaccid, just like before.

So its very clear that my problem is related to stress, which I'm treating it on my therapy and I hope I'll start feeling better at some point. I think maybe taking cialis starts to become irrelevant.

I really appreciate your help. Yes, I should've said before. The doctor said that one of the reasons my blood circulation on the penis was low could be related to the Paxil.

I'll look forward to your suggestion, I have a good diet and exercise at least 4 days/week.

Solo my issue is EQ, with girls is PremE. Probably I would have some issues with EQ with girls as well, but I ejaculate so fast that it rarely comes up. If I make it to intercourse than the condom part is tricky, but I figured out not so long ago that I used too narrow condoms before. Can report back in a couple of days.

If I had better EQ solo I could edge a lot and hopefully overcome PremE. Now my goal is to have a girl help me with edging

I would make a priority for you to meditate and take deep breath every day. It is good for both EQ and stamina.

You haven't mention you diet, nor anybody has asked about it. Nutrients are the foundation of every single body function. To make all this machine work you need nutrients. The body cannot make everything happen from pixie dust. And Im not talking about magical herbs. Herbs are just an aid to support the body's natural abilities. Im talking about the essential minerals, vitamins, amino acids and fatty acids your body needs.

Although your test levels re normal, your brain function doesn't seem to be in part as a catastrophic consequence of prescription drugs. In my opinion you are yet another victim of our corrupt dysfunctional medical system. All those anti depressants, anti panic, anti anxiety, anti stress, etc they force your brain chemistry while your own brain is trying to fight them back causing some sinister side effects.

You can recover but it takes time. I am POSITIVE you do not eat every day the amounts of fat and cholesterol your brain needs for healthy function. What your daily diet looks like?
