I think that jelqinq might make things worse. It seems quite brutal.
Actually, I saw a post here about a study were men who were scheduled for surgery and did PE pre-operatively, saw so much improvement that they cancelled their procedure. Jelqing can be as gentle as you want. Some members here liken it to a massage. And many men have noted that some exercises like edging have the effect of increasing the smooth muscle expansion within the tunica. Which means less leakage and higher EQ.

I suggest you consider Pegasus' recommendation to start a Progress Thread where you describe your workout and the results. Have you seen the "Sticky" threads https://www.pegym.com/forums/erectil...ion-forum.html and https://www.pegym.com/forums/prematu...ion-forum.html

And for info on a PE routine https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...cess-here.html

Also, some members here have posted that kegel/RK routines have helped their EQ.

The result has been later the same. I do not have the numbers but it is not important. There is time of the latest test. Of course there might be some change as I am not a young man anymore. I will talk about this if my "shockwave trip" does not bring good results.

I understand that the training of the ischiocavernosus muscle might bring some problems as I got those with kegels. But I must try everything that there is.
you and i are in the same position and almost everything is the same. my venous leak started at 15/16, until then i was able to get perfect erections. i complained about ed the first time ever at 18 and was dismissed. thigns never improved and i am 31 now. when i was in mid 20s i was able to use levitra from mexico, it worked super well. however it doesnt always work now.

i was told by doctors i was also very normal when i wasn't because the reference ranges are incorrect.

if you are considering things like penile implant, you really owe it to yourself to go get another hormone test done. i myself was diagnosed with hypogonadism and to my dismay, hypogonadism is also recognized as a cause for venous leakage. curing hypogonadism has resulted in a diminished venous leak in studies done.

doppler test is good but its not a conclusive result without other tests.

please get your testosterone and other hormones checked and post the results with us.

its a small price to pay for something with such large repercussions if you don't.
Life struggle with extreme erectile dysfunction since I was 15. Diagnosed with venous leak. When I turned 30-years old, I found out I had hypogonadism (low testosterone) and sub-clinical hypothyroidism. TRT can be a cure for venous leak if you are hypogonadal.

Still after the actual numbers from the hormone test .
A kegel /rk routine is a no brainer.

I asked about this from one doctor and he said that it is bad but there are a lot of worst cases. Currently I can't get erection without pills or injections. Sometimes I have some sort of morning wood, maybe 3 timers a week.

Have you tried any supplements like Butcher's Broom- which is useful for treating venous insufficiencies? The fact that you can get morning wood is a good sign.

We don't have that brand name in my country. I checked the latin name of the herb and found information about it. Sounds interesting. I must check the local brand name because I am sure it is available. Thanks.

Look for something called "Ruscogenin". It's an inexpensive supplement, and hopefully you should notice some difference in using it in combination with stamina training.

I read a great comment about ischiocavernosus muscle from here:

                      https://www.*************.org/mens-s...-revealed.html

The first message on that thread tells about that muscle. Now I am ready to concentrate to it and have looked for some good exercises. I've found some links for those but all they seems top be different.

Has somebody done exercise to this muscle? How did it go and how was those exercises done?

I have been into the IC muscle and it's contributions to erections. I always thought since it's function to shunt off blood leaving the penis would be beneficial for ED.I have not used it for venous leakage but the same properties to work IC hold is the same do the proper technique to dry orgasm.
