    iv been doin pe for nerly 2 months and im wondering what im doing wrong, when i do more than 35-40 jelks, the next day my erections would get weaker and i do kegals and later on that day the erections would be back to normal and hard, i notice when i do not do the kegals the erection stays bad. i am really confused and need advise or some thing, my routine last week was 2 days on one day off and i would do 6-10 minutes each session, i do kegals everday and if i do not do kegal everyday my erections go bad, i do all excersises carfully and jentaly with no force, if anyone would know what im doing wrong please let me know, i dont do any other form of pe apart from this, i also do not fap or have sex that much at all maybe once a week max, so please anyone out there...

    Are you jelqing daily? Rest days?
    Are you getting flaccid gains?
    Right off the bat I would recommend weight training to increase both Testosterone and blood flow... But I recommend that to everyone.
    Not thinking about your dick so much helps too (could be partially mental)

        stop doing kegels every day. Actually reset on your rest days. Instead of saying i'll do 10 minutes of jelqing, set a limit. say 4 sets of 25 or something for example. you're a beginner, so I'd recommend doing jon pops 90 day routine. I'd link it if I knew how. It's posted for beginners for a reason. It does work. Do you jelq with porn or anything like that? I know porn is bad for EQ, it tricks your mind into thinking that is the real thing, then when the time comes to measure or have sex, you don't get as hard. so it cheats your measurements a bit. Also, growerjoe is right, exercise and nutrition will help wonders..
        Watch your PI's as well, if I were you, I would take a one week decon break from pe. and restart the jp90. see if that helps with eq.

          ok im doing 5 days on and 2 days off, your right i should slow down and have more rest days inbetween and not do kegals everyday, also i do weight training and have a superb diet with plenty of fruit and veg , complex carbs and protein rich, and also at least 2-3 litres of water a day, looking back at my log i keep i have very good PI'S doing 2 days on one day off, my routine consistes of streching in all directions i.e. stright, left, right, up, down, these streches i do only one set and then i do 35 jelks 50-70% erect and thats all, i do this 2days on one day off with up to 250 kegals in the whole day, and no i do not watch porn when jelking, i definatly notice at least an inch in flaccid length and a little bit in flaccid girth, but im just wondering i have been doing PE for nerly 2 months and i can only do this light routine and if i go over it i get overtrained....kind of weird, thats what confuses me, and also in total it takes around 6-7 minutes to do the whole routine (excluding warm ups and warm downs)
