So, ive been doing kegels every other day since august and after like 2 weeks i got my morning wood back. However I was very busy the last couple months (studying, travelling and stuff) and being in a different environment made me forget about my kegels. For a while i was doing kegels maybe every 2 days and i even stopped for a little bit. Im trying to get back to it. You see, right now i think im doing reverse kegels instead of normal kegels and im not getting results. When i do them with a flaccid penis, it shrinks and when i do them with an erect penis, it shrinks as well. It gets very tiny, to the point that you wonder if there's any blood in there.
Anyway, I think im having trouble getting back to normal kegels, can someone help me identify the muscle again? They say stop pee mid-flow but are you supposed to just stop or push a bit forward so it gets out faster(not all) and stops?
Also this used to be my routine. I'd lay down and i'd do kegels for 7 minutes. The first minute i would do 1 second kegels,the second 5 second kegels, the 3rd 10 seconds,the 4th 15 seconds, the 5th 20 seconds, the 6th 30 seconds and the last minute it would be one kegel held for 60 seconds.
However, i recently read somewhere that doing kegels was all about holding it for as long as you can, which makes me thing my program is bullshit. Can someone show me in the right path?
