  • been tested still have ED need assistance?

    Good day all,
I'm 29 years old and I'm hoping somebody on here can help me or at least assist me with what I could do next.
It is not psychological it's definitely an issue but obviously it doesn't make me feel good.
To try and cut a long story short....
Started off about 4 years ago.
Was up and down and I used herbal viagra first for about 6 months an it was hit and miss. It eventually stopped working altogether and I had to go to the doctors and admit I had a problem.
I have been checked for diabetes, testosterone etc and apparently I'm all fine. I have even been to a specialist Dr Garaffa in London. I urinate quite frequently but I've been checked for this too and apparently I just urinate alot?
I have also had my blood flow checked and that was all fine.
Dr Garaffa informed me the only thing they could notice was some scar tissue in my penis but they said if they operated it could cause more scar tissue. Would this be the cause?
I'm having to use more and more high dosages of viagra to work now too. It's shit.
I have lost length and gurth aswell.
I feel fine in myself other than the issue with actually getting an erection and the fact I urinate way too often.
    Can someone please help?
    Kind regards

Your doctor would be the best source for information pertaining to you condition. However, some guys have found that jelqing has helped with their ED.

I recommend you click on and read the Start button at top left of page Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

Pick one of the beginners routines and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time. Jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans. Grip your penis below the glans when stretching and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel tension on your shaft.

Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone.Aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

Don't forget to take good beginning measurements and photos so you have a solid base line to compare your future gains to

Good luck on your PE journey, PE safely.

Scar tissue can definitely cause ED.

As for your testosterone test, do not accept them telling you are "fine" without seeing your results. Doctors are out of whack with reference ranges and they are not up to speed with modern medicine when it comes to testosterone. Anything less then 350 ng/dl should be and is considered hypogonadism. I was 199 ng/dl and I was told by two doctors that I was perfectly fine. My thyroid stimulating hormone was 4.9 miu/L and they told me I was perfectly fine.

Far from it. I was just this week perscribed testosterone and hcg. My ED started at 16 and it has been due to hormonol issues. Had I not been lucky to meet a urologist who has an interest in sexual medicine, I may be scratching my head wondering what the hell is wrong with me.

Make sure you get and see and know your T results, post them here and we can help you... if you had ED for 4 years in your 20s, chances are its not going to miraculously get any better without finding the root cause
Life struggle with extreme erectile dysfunction since I was 15. Diagnosed with venous leak. When I turned 30-years old, I found out I had hypogonadism (low testosterone) and sub-clinical hypothyroidism. TRT can be a cure for venous leak if you are hypogonadal.

I must say your story is identical to mine, with the exception that I have hypogonadism. However it did not magically cure my ED. I did not expect it either as studies have shown that trt is not a miracle cure to ED, although it may increase libido. I also have the frequent urination issue, but does not seem to be linked to ED, unless you have other symptoms of enlarged prostate, such as weak urine flow.

Saskman, you say your ED is due to low T. How do you know already? If you were just described trt, and unless your ED is gone, I can't see how you can already make that assumption.

What were the numbers on the hormone test?

well i know it is because clomid- a form of trt- initially solved my erectile issues. not just in the ability to get an erection, but the feeling of my penis changed 360. it was like all the nerves came back. i also had a massive increase in energy and pump at the gym. like i said, it faded away but it still worked.. proving to me that it was my deficiency. there are guys who have good numbers on clomid but no increase in sex drive or eradication of ED.

The doctor tried me on clomid. But when we looked at the results after 6 weeks my testosterone was above average they said. It was like over 30 or something where as my normal one was something like 22? Is that normal?? It just gave me stomach aches.
I have no idea what it is really but it feels as though it's the end of the road for me and I'm just having to deal with this as I've technically been discharged.
It's weird as when it first started it was on and off and for the last year it's just lifeless really. I only get a boner when I'm about to ejaculate through masturbation. No random erections EVER. Loss of length and gurth. I have to use 50mg of viagra just to have a normal erection nothing too solid. But scared to take 100mg regularly incase I build up a tolerance.
I've tried cutting out caffeine. Stop smoking. Lost weight etc and nothing changes.
Not sure where to go next it's shit.

Are you on any other medication? Even herbal?

Nah I'm not only like vitamins from the supermarkets nothing else. Was taking herbal viagras for months years ago but then I stopped being able to get an erection.
When I spoke with the doctor he said operating on scar tissue can cause more scar tissue is that true? Not sure what other hope I have. I feel okay in myself sometimes down a bout this obviously but otherwise I don't feel any symptoms other than no random erections or no erections at all really.

Cutting always produces a scar. Tell me a bit about your life; work, friends, you know that kind of stuff.

Nothing unusual really. Long term missis of 4 years. Good friends good work friends good family. Nothing unusual or off. Whys that?
I use to smoke. Use to smoke weed and the occasional class a but not often really.
I don't think it's psychological as I literally never get erections only on viagra and the doses need more and more.
I was on cialis for a month or 2 but they wouldn't allow it anymore as it isn't on NHS yet. But that helped my urinating and I had more random erections not loads but more. Dunno what they says?

Either way I'm at a loss but should I suffer this forever?

That depends on the cut. Healing by first/primary intention can involve no scarring (usually minimal or thin though)

Also can I go as far back as 4 years ago? Basically I never had any issues with getting a boner. Ever. Got with my new missis about 4 years ago and occasionally kept flopping when trying to have sex but bare in mind this never happened before with my ex before or random nights. So I just went an brought herbal viagras from an adult store locally and was on them for about 6 months until they no longer worked. An just over time it's got more and more lifeless is the only word I can think of.
Never get random erections or unaided erections.
But everything I've said started back 4 years ago really.

Do you think I should gamble and ask them to operate on the scar tissue?

Cutting should always be the last resort but that's just me.
