20 minute dry rub this morning followed by 20 minute lubricated. I had a few stops to avoid PONR but I really concentrated on where I could touch and not cause an involuntary kegel (IK). I can stroke the lower shaft with pressure without IK but the moment I touch the glans or head the IK fires off. I did not ejaculate .
Another 20 dry rub, this time while at work (I hope that's not too pervish reached PONR in 10min and then edged for another 10, no ejaculation and this time I really feel the need to cum.

Yes, I completed building the sex swing I have been designing and building for some time and I showed it to her! No discussion, I just showed it to her and offered to talk about it but she opted to go away and think about it. Time will tell.

Hemorrhoids
I continue to see a correlation between fiber intake and whether my hemorrhoids bleed during a BM. On days after I eat around 40grams fiber I do not bleed. As for involuntary BC muscle (is that the muscle around the anus? ) kegels, I have had some success in not triggering the involuntary kegels while wiping by going very slow and breathing. I wish I could say the same for sex but all in good time, all in good time.
