I am looking for a good exercize to help to eliminate the fat pad at the base of my penis. It is costing me about 1-125 inches of show.. I have lost 45 lbs in the past 1.5 yrs, and still have not lost an ounce of fat pad. Any ideas???

Actually my fat pad at heaviest weight is less than .5" so I am lucky. However some people are unfortunate to store fat in this area even if they are lean elsewhere. in these cases surgury can be an option.

Use medicine ball? but really why would you want to lose that?, that's like a girl bouncing up and down on an exercise ball.

No exercise will work, only a very strict diet.

Unfortunately where we carry our fat is genetic.

You cannot reduce fat where you want, via exercise or other method at this time. This may change in the future.

For now all you can do is continue to lose weight (*FAT*) and the body will decide where it comes from.

With enough dedication you can get lean enough where the fat pad will be gone. However, you may decide that it's not worth it.

Unfortunately there's no way to spot-reduce fat. If you're serious about losing weight, get yourself onto a calorie controlled diet and start doing a good Cardio (30 minutes + or 15 minutes HIIT) and (heavy) Weight routine.
                  Start (1st October 2009): 6.25" BPEL, 4.4" EG

Ultimate Goal: 7.75" BPEL, 5.50" EG

I bought this compression/heat belt that wraps around my belly. During my workouts (ie cardio & lifting) It makes my stomach sweat alot more and its tight, so it forces me to stay flexed. Isn't this considered spot fat reducing?

No, you can't sweat fat off. You need to expend more calories than your body gets via food and drinks. That way it will have to eat into your fat reserves to provide it with energy. That's the only way to burn fat.

To be fair, I think he was just doing he job. Likewise you would not hear that a piece of clothing would not fit you in a apparel shop.
