Hi, new to the forum with just a quick question. I'm currently taking L Arginine 1250mg/ L Ornithine 750 MG 4 times daily (so essentially 5 grams of L Arginine a day) which I bought from the Vitamin Shoppe (bottle of 300 for about $35). I'm 27 and have been married for 3 years, and have had on again off again problems with ED. Generally I can have successful sex with my wife about 50% of the time, with unsuccessful sex equating to starting out hard, but loosing my erection about a few minutes into intercourse. So I looked around, found the PE gym site, and completely read through the 5 herbs section. It seemed to me the L Arginine solution was the best, as it's an amino acid instead of just an herb from the Orient. Anyway, basic question is... if I continue taking the 5 grams/day dosage over the next few months, would that be a good course of action, or do I need to increase it? I initially started with Argin Max, which after a month showed good results but at $30/month, it's just too expensive. The 300 capsule box of L Arginine from the Vitamin Shoppe should last me about 3 months, which would be better on my budget. Bottom line... is this good enough?

I take 1tsp of L-Arginine (powder form) a few hours before a PE routine (with a 5G tea, L-Lysine and other supplements) and I notice a tremendous difference. I have not experimented with upping the dose as I'm already combating over-erections while stretching and jelqing. So can't help on the dosage, but 1 tsp is definitely enough for me. I didn't read all 9 pages of this thread, but as I've gone through sites in the past year or so about increasing HGH production via training, the most helpful way of doing so is by training large muscle groups such as the quads/thighs in general and also doing quicker, controlled and shorter reps. 6 sets of less than 8 reps at a fast pace is said to increase HGH more than other workouts. Working fast-twitch muscle in general has been said to increase HGH production. Sprints, box jumps, and quick, controlled squatting are what I recommend.
I can't give resources as a reference and I apologize about that, just what I've read in the past.Rock it.

Depends on your age etc, google for the proper dosage to get an idea. I take 30mg zinc, 500mg lysine, 1500mg arginine daily.
