Hi Guys and Girls, Look found some links that if you think vaping is the way to go and its so good for you, could be time to rethink it, just read on.

    https://www.sciencenewsforstudents.org/article/concerns-explode-over-new-health-risks-vaping

    http://www.independent.co.uk/news/vaping-health-problems-smoking-e-cigarettes-north-carolina-study-danger-lung-conditions-disease-a8016861.html

This links states the Public Health England, saying vaping is 95% safer the cigarettes, I think is misinfomation if you read through this link your see why.

    https://www.gov.uk/drug-safety-update/e-cigarettes-and-refill-containers-e-liquids-report-suspected-side-effects-and-safety-concerns

Ok Found it, its was 2 years ago that they said it was 95% safer, I think this was done tongue in cheek, I think now there has been a complete turnaround on that.

    https://www.gov.uk/government/news/e-cigarettes-around-95-less-harmful-than-tobacco-estimates-landmark-review

But still would not do it, after reading through all this I do hope some of you do pack it in, just think healthy.

I've researched vaping to death and there is no doubt in my mind that any adverse health effects are negligible. Every 'study', report or article that claims vaping is as bad as smoking is always quickly exposed as being extremely flawed and either funded or researched by those with an agenda. It really makes me angry that these moral crusaders are convincing smokers not to try vaping, therefore keeping them on the cigarettes. It's a disgrace.

Your saying its ok for the teenagers and the over twenty's to get bleeding in there mouths and throats sores and cuts that take a long time to heal, so that's OK, just how stupid is that for an answer

Any excuse to smoke, I know I have been there any program that come on about lung cancer I would chain smoke all the way through them, its like something in your head says I'm OK and I wont get it, its the walls we build in side our brains, but there best kept there.

If your way of life is to vape great just keep doing it but you should not encourage other down the same road, just because you dont like all the new facts being put about that its not good to vape and like smoking it will give you lung cancer, because that is what's coming now.

Well the link is not right. Have a read through of the authors citations. For the most part they do not support her arguments. She has exaggerated small concerns and taken data out of context as well as using flawed studies. It's nothing more than a scare piece, the likes of which keep popping up and are quickly discredited. Once you dig a little beneath the surface you soon find that many of these studies are funded by the pharmacutical or tobacco industries. Vested interests?

Vaping was invented by a doctor in China. When I have nicotine in my system, I wake up earlier and feel more alert in the morning and throughout the day. When I was off nicotine for over a week I was lazy, always wanted to lie down and rest and dreaded waking up early. Mind you now I vape once a day at most to keep my gums ok. vaping is more social and glamorous than dip and spit. Its ok guys.

That lethargic feeling will pass with time. I was a heavy smoker in my early to mid 20s. When I quit the lethargic feeling lasted longer than the nic fits. But after a month or so it went away.

I do sometimes still indulge myself though. Maybe a cigar or two a week and on occasion I'll have a dip when I'm hunting. But it's so infrequent that I'm not too worried about it.
