I got thinking about another thread about getting a boner without touching it & also about a news caster saying men seem to have lower testosterone compared to previous generation.
I personally believe it's from the diet that gets pushed, such as fairly high carbs & low protein & fat.
I eat a lot of protein & fat and stay hard constantly & I'm now in my 50's.
When I want to lose weight I simply eat less but I eat the same food, including fast food (KFC, McDonalds etc.)
At times I have been really slim. Right now definitely a little overweight do to a long slump I was in, but I've dropped 9 lbs in the last 4 weeks. My BP & other stats are all good & I'm not on any prescription meds.
Anyway, I'm not a nutritionist by any means but just putting my thoughts out there.
Old time body builders are a lot of meat & whole eggs before roids became so common and I have worked with guys who had freaky strength and they all ate that way also.
