So am I right to assume from this that soy lecithin, despite what people say about it, is more effective than sunflower? Cause I've taken average amounts of sunflower lecithin for a while with underwhelming results , for months actually. I'm just taking them to finish the bottle, maybe some "megadose" days will achieve something.

So I did it and noticed a significant difference in volume, maybe 3x as much. More power too. So now I am taking 2 lecithin softgels a day with a multivitamin and have maintained an increased amount, maybe 2x as much as normal.
I take 3x 1200mg Lecithin plus Pygeum and Horny Goat Extract for about a week but I didn't notice much more semen. It got waaay thick though but the amount is the same I think.

I'm not trying to say that either claim is false, but rather that bodies are different and I wonder if it just doesn't work for some people. Maybe it's like that cilantro thing where you either have the gene or you don't. I don't know, I'm not a geneticist.

I think you are right. It seems to be that way for any sexual supplement whether for erections or cum volume. There have been several supplements that I took that others swore by and it didn't do the same for me. I guess it all depends on what your body needs.
I've been taking ZMA at night (30mg of zinc) and two 1200mg capsules of sunflower lecithin after lunch and dinner. Been taking the lecithin for a couple weeks and the ZMA for about a week.
One of my lady friends came over the other day after it had been two days since I orgasmed and I was shocked how much I came.
