      I've tried edging but without much success, I always get so turned on and can't stop from sending myself over the edge. I guess I could stop it, but I don't understand why one would want to.

        I did it for 3 days, taking all that lecithin and drinking all that water. Yes there was more ejaculate, though not buckets, and I think it's more likely because of the water and not ejaculating for 3 days.

          UB I think I remember it, Wednesday its 2 x3 times, Thursday its 3x3 times Friday its 4x3 times and on Saturday just do the 7 first thing and drinking lots of water on all days, then get your women to do the honors by bringing your off, best if she is in front of you and see if she gets the shower, if you can get to 15 shots your done well more its the business and a very wet women.

          Take her for a shower then, who knows you might find some more just for her.

              So am I right to assume from this that soy lecithin, despite what people say about it, is more effective than sunflower? Cause I've taken average amounts of sunflower lecithin for a while with underwhelming results , for months actually. I'm just taking them to finish the bottle, maybe some "megadose" days will achieve something.

                    I did the 7-1200 mg 3 times in a day. I drank about a gallon of water. It was a minimal if any volume improvement.

                      So I did it and noticed a significant difference in volume, maybe 3x as much. More power too. So now I am taking 2 lecithin softgels a day with a multivitamin and have maintained an increased amount, maybe 2x as much as normal.

                        That's about the same results I had. It's been most impressive. Mines gotten a lot thicker and I can feel more sensation.

                          I take 3x 1200mg Lecithin plus Pygeum and Horny Goat Extract for about a week but I didn't notice much more semen. It got waaay thick though but the amount is the same I think.

                            I'm getting the sense that lecithin could be one of those things that either works for you or it doesn't. For every few "it quintupled my loads overnight!!!!" post I've seen, I've also seen a "yeah, I took it for a few weeks and never really noticed any difference" post.

                            I'm not trying to say that either claim is false, but rather that bodies are different and I wonder if it just doesn't work for some people. Maybe it's like that cilantro thing where you either have the gene or you don't. I don't know, I'm not a geneticist.

                              I think you are right. It seems to be that way for any sexual supplement whether for erections or cum volume. There have been several supplements that I took that others swore by and it didn't do the same for me. I guess it all depends on what your body needs.

                                I've been taking ZMA at night (30mg of zinc) and two 1200mg capsules of sunflower lecithin after lunch and dinner. Been taking the lecithin for a couple weeks and the ZMA for about a week.

                                One of my lady friends came over the other day after it had been two days since I orgasmed and I was shocked how much I came. I was wearing a condom when I came and I usually don't cum that much until it's been 4 or 5 days feeling blue balls. I'm eager to see if I can replicate that because if I can cum that much all the time I'd be very happy. Could have been a fluke but it was definitely a shocker lol.
