  • Green tea in coordination with PE?

I am drinking on average 2 cups of green tea a day and I have just started my jelqing routine as well.
The routine consists of a 2 minute warm-up with a warm rag and then 100 jelq strokes and also a warm down. So I have two questions:
    1) Is this a good starting routine?
    2) Will the consumption of green tea inhibit the potential results or will it enchance them?

You should probably warm up for ten minutes at least mate. The green tea will be good for your dick.

^ That is the beginners routine that most people follow. It has been a successful routine for many of the forums' members (including myself). If you aren't interested in following JP's routine and would rather follow the one you listed...I would extend the warmup a bit and also include some light stretching and a lighter jelq grip. The main purpose of the beginners routines are to prep your body for the more intense workouts which come later, and also to make you comfortable with the exercises. With that being said, whatever routine you decide to begin with, monitor the way your body is responding to the workout and make neccesary changes as you see fit.

As far as green tea is concerned...Others may disagree with me, but even two cups a day for me noticably improves my flaccid hang throughout the day. I don't believe green tea would be at all responsible for inhibiting any gains, but it certainly may help you as its helped me. Good luck mrblack.

I drink my green tea with ginger paste and honey.

There is a refrigerated area in the produce section that has things like garlic paste and other processed "fresh" veggies. Look there for the ginger paste. It is MUCH more convenient than grating your own when you are pressed for time.

Well, maybe in your part of the country.... I don't think the Northeastern USA has much interest in ginger paste, at least judging from our grocery stores.

I like the taste of the paste better but the feel of the fibers can take a bit of getting used to.

Depends on the store. Go to a place like Whole Foods... that will be there. Saw it at my local Giant Eagle (Pittsburgh area shopping center... Like Shop n' Save, Food Lion, etc). Near the other spices... unfortunately in the overpriced organic section.

I agree with NP. I also live in the northeast and have found that whole foods carries pretty much everything. You might also try Trader Joes (similar to whole foods, but generally less expensive)
