Low Testosterone

    I agree with this. There is likely an underlying issue as to why T is low. Sleep apnea, obesity, poor diet, autoimmune disorders, many things. But, many people also just have low T. I'm glad I'm on it and feel much better than before.
    I am not against hrt per see just the jump to it without consideration of natural methods . The "leading endo" I saw not only seemed never to have heard of natural methods he seemed incapable of comprehending the concept.

      My levels have always been around 350 and I have many symptoms.
      In the past a dr had me on DHEA and that raised my levels to 550 but also screwed up my estrogen and DHT levels.

      I started 2 weeks ago on a protocal to raise my T up ro hopefully avoide going on HRT

      1. Tablesoon Olive oil a day. Studies show increase in LH, and around 20% increase in testostereone.
      2. Red/infrared light therapy to balls and whole unit. I did this in the past with a low dose and had no results. This time I have a high powered unit and am doing a MUCH LARGER dose.

      3. Watching 1-2 hours of Sexy asmr videos a couple times a week. I am hoping this will give me the proven testosterone effects of watching porn but without the negative effects. The videos I watch are sexy and I do PE and sack stretching while watching them and try and maintain an erection while doing it.

      4. My vitamin D levels were low at 30, so I'm taking some to raise it up.

      5. Last thing I am going to add in is some tyrosine

      I plan to report back when I get retested. I am hoping all these things will give me a good healthy level!

          I hesitate to recommend this. A few months ago, I had levels in the 210s an 280s. I had used HRT of the synthetic type years ago and hormone identical type a few months ago. I'm not a bodybuilder, but first noticed problems when I had been weightlifting for years (in my late 40s). My latest T test is 521. The only thing I did recently that was really different was sunbathing nude. I started slowly, 10-15 minutes a day every 2 or 3 days for several weeks and gradually upped it to 30-40 minutes. It's seemed to have helped me.

          BTW, I started after reading a book excerpt about raising T-shirts levels.
