  • Best Method to Fix Posture - From Pain to Performance

I have been spending some time to learn ways to improve my performance, and fix my posture. I have been struggling with scoliosis for very long time, tried different methods, been to physios to chiropractors, and doctors. Nothing has worked, only time and money spent...for nothing.
Some say that bad posture (APT and sway back especially) cause the pelvic floor to be tensed - premature ejaculation alert.
The method I am about to share has helped me improve my posture (and almost fix it), in 30 days.

To get the best possible results, it is recommended to continue doing it for at least 90 days.

The training I am about to talk about is called Foundation Training. It is founded by Dr. Eric Goodman and Coach Jessie Salas. Foundation Training is a simple solution that gives you the means to change the way you move and correct the imbalances caused by our modern habits.Through a series of body-weight exercises, Foundation Training activates your posterior muscle chain, anchors the hips, decompresses the spine, and teaches you to take the burden of supporting the body out of your joints and put it where it belongs; in your muscles.
No matter your age or your fitness level, Foundation Training puts you on the path to wellness.

    The routine:

Lying hamstring stretch with elastic band - this one is the best stretch for hamstrings, has a big impact on relaxing the pelvic floor and has been recommended to me by physios.
12 minutes Foundation Training - base - this is very tough, go slow and careful.
Posture fix - prone decompression 4 minutes
    8 point plank
    Scoliosis fix - optional
    - I do this because of my scoliosis, but it has huge impact on the posture and balance of pelvis.

I have been doing this at least 5 times per week and have huge improvement in only 30 days. My lower back doesn't hurt anymore, my shoulders have moved, the pelvis is mostly balanced, my hips and glutes are stronger than ever, hamstrings are almost back to normal and relaxed.

Put in the work, and you'll get it shape in no time. If you want more workouts like this and use it to 100%, I suggest you subscribe to Foundation Training and check out the workouts they offer. Personally I don't need it as I find this routine to be working well for me, and am happy with it.
The workouts are very tough, it will make you sweat, but totally worth it. You'll be shaking like crazy, but as Eric says in the videos "That's good, it means it's working".

    Good luck!! Keep grinding.

Well done, and congratulations on your success!

I used to do his 12 min base training every day and can remember how incredibly torturous it was when I first started. Hard to believe you can break a sweat without even moving!

I do have pre-e. The 12 minutes has best effect on the pelvis, strengthening it. And the 8point plank.

I also had problems with posture and general health. I decided to start doing sports and working on my posture. After SPAM REMOVED I found a lot of cool sets of exercises and tips. I also started going for massages and swimming. My posture has improved but I need to work on it a very long time
