    Just an FYI:

    Biohacking has been defined as do-it-yourself biology. Often biohacks are making small, incremental changes in diet or lifestyle in order to improve health and well-being.

    Some biohacks promise quick weight loss or boosted brain function, but the best biohacking come from being well-informed and careful about what works for your own body.

    A common everyday biohack you may not even realize is a biohack: Drink caffeine.

    If you don’t already drink coffee or cola, etc, start with an 8-ounce serving of black coffee or caffeine drink. Make a schedule to do this at the same time every day and keep a record of how it makes you feel in the minutes or hours afterward. Do you feel more focused? More anxious? Tired? Try adjusting the dose until you find the amount that works best for you.

    My biohack: I have a coffee after lunch then take a 20 minute siesta. The body takes about 20 minutes to process the caffeine, so after that 20 minute nap, it kicks in and I am good for the afternoon.
