I've been drinking the green tea for over a month now, it's a made a bigger impact than anything I've ever taken except for maybe gingko. I suspect that after a month the DHEA will have a greater effect, just gotta be patient.
Yep, sounds like your making progress.

Yes I believe I am. Didn't even plan on pumping today cause i figured that by now (4th day in a row 5HG 1 hour) that my ass would finally be worn out, well I was wrong. I was feeling horny and had good PI's and said what the hell. Got a good workout like the previous days and no turtling. If I had tried to attempt this before I was on the supplements and green tea, I probably would have some bad injuries. So they do help recovery at the very least from what I can tell.

It is a supplement from GNC and i cant remember exactly how many times I took it but I think it was a around three times then I found out it wasn't good for penis growth. I was taking it to get back in to shape, but as I said I only took it a for a few days then discontinued use. The active ingredient I am worried about is Dihydrotase it said it was a potent 5-alpha reductase inhibitor. Do these type of things bind with receptors permenantly or when you stop taking them does your DHT start back up again?

Likely DHT levels would start back up. Green tea raises DHT as long as you don't use it with soy.

i've been taking DHEA for about 6 months. i'm 25. i can say that in my experience, it isn't so much a testosterone booster as a general mood enhancer. yes it is a precursor to testosterone, but it's 2 steps removed. it converts to something that converts to testosterone. its not a high conversion rate.

that said, its is a great mood booster. it helps with weight loss and lean muscle gain. it will make you feel younger and give you a healthy type of energy.

DHEA is not a replacement for testosterone. it won't boost your test to huge levels. i still suggest taking it for men looking to get in shape or are starting to feel their age. however, i've been using testosterone for the past 6 weeks and the two are not the same thing, not even close.

i currently take 50mg DHEA a day, i'm planing to go to 100mg however. i've seen studies where people have taken up to 1600mg a day with no ill effects, however i don't think that would be a great idea. i've had great results from 25-50mg a day.

              Great post KP!

From what I've read the recommended dose for DHEA is up to 50mg taken in two seperate doses, this coming from hormone specialists. For some reason anything over 50mg converts predominantly to estrogen, so watch out for symptoms. It might be worth comparing the effects of DHEA pills vs a cream for more steady release.

I'm waiting for the all-clear from my doctor to go up from 25mg, my DHEA-S blood test was still scraping the bottom of the range.

Yes it is I bought 180 x 50mg capsules some time ago, made by a company called BIOVEA for £23. I'll probably start taking them in the new year. Looking forward to the results though like rockstarparkingdude said it wont replace or begin to even act like testosterone. I'll be happy with the elevated moods and (hopefully) lean mass gains.

Has anyone tried 7-keto dhea, suppose to help boost metabolism and thus help a person lose weight.

You are partly right Mastrp8, 7-keto does not convert to sex harmones - Its not just for women though
I checked it out on webmd:-

DHEA is nothig but De hydro epi androsterone. It is a type of steroid hormone which is produced by the adrenal glands. DHEA in the body converts male and female hormones such as estrogen and testosterone. It is available naturally in our body but it is also produced in laboratery.
