  • Fat Pad Reduction

Quick question, are there any solid exercises you can do to reduce the fat pad around the base of your penis? I work out cardio, only 160lbs but still have a bit of a pad. Normally I wouldn't mind it but ever since I got into pumping its become a slight problem.

    Thanks

You're 160 lbs, you skinny shit? I doubt if you can reduce it any more than it is. What is your % of body fat?

To be honest, I don't really know what % it is, but I can take an educated guess and say probably not too good. Always had a bit of "fat" no matter what. When I get caught up on cash im going to go get some blood work done and get testosterone and estrogen checked on the off chance they were lower. I gain pretty well so I suspect it is probably estrogen.

My fat pad is currently at least 1" thick. (maybe less, I've been losing weight). In my best shape it was almost non existent (no fat pad at all). If you're rock hard with chiseled abs that go down and just keep going, then sure, you might not be able to lose more of your fat pad.

I.E. if you're already 5% bodyfat or less, then yes--maybe you can't lose the fat pad. Any physical trainer can check with calipers to see if you're possibly in that low range. If you're not there yet, then YES, you can definitely lose some of your fat pad.

        Just my opinion.

There's no such thing as spot reduction. Cardio and a good diet. Actually to get to the fat pad, a GREAT diet. I'm cleaning mine up as we speak.

Would you like a six pack to go along with your greater NBPEL? Why yes. Yes, I would.

          BPEL - 6.125" 8.25"
          BPSFL - 6.562" 8.25"

          NBPEL - 5.75" 7.5"

It doesn't matter what you fat % is. There is just no spot-reducing exercise. You lose fat through exercise as a whole body; it's proven countless time that you can not target a specific area and only lose fat in that area.

If you look at it from the other side, any workout/cardio will help you to reduce the fat pad because your whole body will be losing fat. It's like a peeling an onion.

Well it does matter what your body fat % is. That's body fat down there. You can't really target it other than by losing weight. If you already have almost no body fat, well, it probably won't be getting smaller. But someone who has like 20% body fat can lose quite a bit of fat pad.

That's why I was saying, unless he's 5% bodyfat or less, then I am sure he can reduce his fatpad (by losing fat all over).

How much it can (or can't) be reduced is based (to some extent) on genetics.

diet diet diet, cardio and weights, gotta lose overall bodyfat, i wouldnt be shooting for an annual 5%, i maintain around 10-12% in off season and i still have a full 6 pack, 5% or lower is contest shape/ dehydrated, almost impossible to maintain year around unless you're genetically built that way! start at 30 min low intensity cardio with 45 min weights 3-4 times a week, cardio every day and find a decent diet you can handle day to day

elevated walking, not running just walk with 3-5% elevation
you can target that specific area but how you loose your weight is not in your hands

Thanks for the replies. I think you guys are right, its hard to target just that one area. For me, I think it will have to be lost overall seeing im mostly muscle but I still have area of fat that just wont go away. Just afraid I'll lose too much muscle/strength if i step up the cardio which has been my experience in the past.

No, you don't want to do that. Maybe you have maxed out with the fat pad reduction. That's o.k. brother. Remember that your health must come first. You don't want to lose more muscle. Man oh man, would I love to trade my big dick for a ripped body and those abs!! Mine are there, and quite prominent actually. But I have this belly now that is creeping over them. Shit!!
