I've used coconut oil for a while now. The benefits that come from coconut oil seem almost endless. Coconut oil is anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, and anti-viral, it helps you lose weith by speeding up you metabolism, promotes healing, and is a great moisturizer for your skin. You can incorporate it in penis health like I do by using it as an aftersahve for your pubic area. It also makes a great personal lubricant for masturbation and sex. Make sure you get extra virgin organic coconut oil to avoid any harsh chemicals. You can message me for my website URL where I have tons of info on health and nutrition.

Coconut oil for penis and overall health

It's good as a lubricant for sex, but I don't trust the anti-fungal, and anti-bacterial claims (I hear there's no clinical trials to back those claims and that those claims are primarily made by companies selling coconut oil). If you're aware of any reputable clinical trials (that substantiate those claims), I am interested...

I've been messing around with a lot of different oils over the past few months (cooking and such) and I will say that I also dig coconut oil. For one thing, I've started using it in my EVO mix. I wanted to improve on the olive oil that the original recipe called for. I tried doing the mix with just coconut oil and the essential oils, but as you know coconut oil turns solid below 73 degrees and I got tied of having to heat before use. I also wanted to make the mix a little slicker. I am now happy to say I've found the mix for me; I now use 1/3rd coconut oil and 2/3rds avocado oil with the recommended essential oils and could not be happier. Long lasting plenty slick, and good for the skin. An other nice thing about EVO is you can leave it on after a workout to help improve circulation.Originally posted by anubis_tc View PostI've used coconut oil for a while now. Thanks for the heads up. Do you think that it has a localized effect or would if have to be systemic before it will effect DHT? I'm using about 1 cc a day I'm thinking that I'll be fine.Originally posted by phallic1 View PostCoconut oil is a potent androgenic alopenicia treatment when applied topically due to it's strong dihydrotestosterone blocking effects.
I am an advocate of the health benifits of coconut oil for sure but it is something to consider when applying it to the genitals.

I have tried coconut oil a few times, the taste can be quite overpowering when cooking with it. Apparently if you get a brand that is expeller pressed there should not be so much taste, I am considering getting some.
Unfortunately for me, I appear to have some bizarre allergic reaction to coconut in my gut
Both coconut oil and milk seem to affect me. Disappointed because coconut milk is full of calories and I really would like to put some weight on, though the "speeds up your metabolism" part might work against that anyway.

There's a bunch of studies done by various....places (I have links if you'd want them but in unsure of if were allowed to post them.) These studies show that when fed to rats, coconut and olive oils had an effect on testosterone. But the effect caused testosterone to rise. The testosterone in the rats fed coconut oil and olive oil was significantly higher than the ones who were fed other oils (I think they said soybean and canola). So topically it may not be testosterone safe but ingesting it will most likely reverse the effect and add some moreOriginally posted by phallic1 View PostCoconut oil is a potent androgenic alopenicia treatment when applied topically due to it's strong dihydrotestosterone blocking effects.

I have olive oil most days, but they do say 2 table spoons a day is very good for you, its good for kitchen sex if you need it, we do so that's how I know, but this last 2 years we have changed over to coconut oil from baby oil, after 40 or so years my wife was a getting a reaction to baby oil.
But Do find coconut oil is as good for sexual lubricant and masturbating lubricant and olive works as well.
You have to remember both oils are some of the first ever used for sex and masturbating going back thousands of years, as both can be used and there used for as a sunbathing oil, going back the same.
So take your pick olive oil or coconut oil they both work as well as each other for a lot more than just sex.
