So I just joined a gym for the first time ever and came up with a plan and wanted to hear some opinions. So Monday I would work on my arm muscles and shoulders. Tuesday do cardio on treadmill. Wednesday work on chest, abs, and back. Thursday is another cardio day. Friday I work on thighs, ass, and legs. Saturday and Sunday I rest. Now I'm new to body building but have been using the treadmill for a while about 30 mins a day (not everyday). Now I'm kinda wondering if only doing work outs once per week on different sections would give me results at all because I took notice that it would be a whole week till I would go back and work out those parts again. Also I have a treadmill at home so I wouldn't be going to the gym for that. Any advice would be awesome.
