  • Being Overweight Affecting Penis Size?

Hey, i am 5'7, 200 pounds and around 30% bodyfat. So i am pretty overweight. My Penis size is 4 inches in length and 5 in girth. BUT i also have alot of pubic pad fat and if i pull it back i get about .75 in length. So if i lost like 15% body fat or like 35-40 pounds will i get that .75 or will i get even more? Also i can provide pics too for better answers. Thanks!!!

That and more, for every 30 pounds you are over weigh you lose an ich off your erect penis. So you can expect to see an addtional inch or more from just getting into shape. Remember guys the thickness of your fatpad also decreases with weight loss.

Thanks. I heard it was every 35 pounds on oprah. But shouldnt it go by body fat percent? What if there was a 300 pound guy that had a 5 inch penis, so for every 30 pounds he loses he would gain an inch, if his goal was to drop 120 pounds, he would become 9 inches LOL? Also, can i post pics please?

This is only determinded by the pounds of pure fat you lose. Fat is also estrogenic and that said this can also lend to a smaller penis as well. If a 300 pound man that has 5% body fat and a 5" penis needs to consider PE. well maybe 7" but who lknow he might get 9" out of it. when i was 275 pouins i had a very small erection. I now weigh about 185 pounds.

        Yes you can post pics.

looks bigger than 4.75" to me. You got at least two inches in bedded in the fat pad. As to ideas on reducing fat weight do you have any ideas how you are going to do that?

I can't tell, are you not pressing into the pubic bone? It doesn't look like it, since you're using a tape measure. Get a hard wooden ruler (preferably without a metal edge - those things hurt) and press into the pubic bone to get your bone-pressed erect length.

O, i always thought it was only to where it started and ended, not actually into the back of the pad. But that extra inch doesnt really count does it lol? Cause if you were having sex, she wouldnt really get that last inch lol. But ill take another one again and see right now. This is like my 6-7th erection of the day and i havnt even cum yet lol. Its gonna be a good one tonite hahaha!!!

We mainly use BPEL for marking our progress. For example, if you lost 30 pounds and gained an inch that may not necessarily have been gain from your PE routine, you see? So we use BPEL for that reason. NBPEL (non-bonepressed erect length) is what would count for a lady and that really varies on depending on your fat pad. I think generally 1/2" is the average fat pad, but it all depends on body fat levels. There are some guys with hardly any fat pad at all and then some with 1/4" or 1". I'm looking to get my fat pad as small as possible personally (going for that much-sought-after six pack too).

Good call on losing weight, I wish you the best. As far as "penis size" goes, I believe it's subjective. To some what you can see is what counts, which is why there is NPBEL measurements. Likewise, some consider what's there to be what matters, so that's why BPEL is an alternative. But most importantly, since we change--body fat and all--the most consistent measurement comes from BPEL. That's why I choose the BPEL, plus the difference for me is only one-fourth of an inch. Main point: To track your gains more precisely, use BPEL.

Plus the bigger the measurement the higher the confidence, which effects EQ. But I don't think it's about losing weight necessarily. Muscle weighs more than fat, so you could put on muscle and probably see an increase, but as Keido said that might not be due to PE. And you need the change to occur in the fat pad for your desired results.

I don't think there's an average, since everyone's different. I gained half an inch in 6 weeks. But I didn't cement it so now I'm at a BPEL of 6.61 instead of 6.75. That's for PE.

To lose weight, I'd recommend this thing I need to look up. Aha! The Bowflex Treadclimber. A lot of people that I know that have tried it burn a lot of calories. I don't wanna sound like a spokesperon for them, but I'll tell you, it's pretty obvious that you can walk longer than you can run right? Well what if you walk for a longer time, like going up stairs at 3-4mph, instead of running at 8mph. According to my friends, they burn more calories because they can keep going.

Bowflex® TreadClimber® Cardio Machine | Get the Body you Want in Half the Time

That's a more expensive approach. A cheaper alternative would be running or walking (on a treadmil or outside) with some sort of elevation.

I have to eat 5,000 calories a day, because of how much I run and workout.

Thanks man, appreciate your help. Ive seen that Bowflex before but its super expensive. Im signed up at a gym, so i know what im going to be doing. Do you know your bodyfat percent? Thats pretty damn good that theres only a 1/4" differcent from the bone press to non bone press. You were 3.75 before and now your 6.75? Wow, thats pretty good man, do u got any pics?

Anytime man. Just glad to return the favor so many on this site have done for me. I'd go with the Elliptical Machine. And if you really want to be amazed after a 90 day program. Do P90x as well. My bro is doing it and he's become fitter than me in every way but the abs. He's been slacking since a lot of family stuff's happened.

No clue for my body fat percentage. I checked once when I became obsessed with gaining weight and had this insane Physical Trainer at the 24 Hour Fitness in Seattle. I was at 4.5%. I'll see about that when I go to the gym tomorrow for Racquetball.

Hahaha. I was 3.75 BPFL. That's when there's no erection at all and the dick just hangs. These are my new Starting Stats.

                        Week 1(3/8/09)

                        BPFL: 4.16" -------FG: 4.25"
                        BPEL: 6.61" -------EG: 5.25"

You can checkout my detailed workout, supplements, and stats at https://www.pegym.com/forums/progres...ng-record.html

Red represents what I lost since my last time PEing while green is the opposite. MY EQ isn't very good because it's effected by your emotional well being or whatever, so my last measurement coulda been at a EQ of 8 or 9 instead of a 10.

And I don't have the equipment neccasary to post pictures.

Some people gain quickly others take more time. The most important things is everyone that does it right gains.

jaden100, I just started here so I can't really offer too much advice because I'm in the learning process as well but the information seems to be the same all over the site. Here is a neat little site I found to calculate body fat %. Diet Calculator, Body Fat Calculator Not sure how accurate it is but seems cool to have a number.
Total from start to current: (Start 26/02/09)
                          BPEL-5.8" >> 6.5" (+0.7")
                          EG-4.6" >> 4.75" (+0.15")
