What is your heart's resting rate?
My is about 51 resting rate..
It gets to about 180-185 during heavy exercise.

That is an excellent resting rate! My resting rate is about 58. When I do cardio workouts, I back off if I get over 170. I target 160 to 170 during my workouts.
