Normally i just do common sense eating to get my macro's but this is abit more complicated, we know what and how many macros we're having each day. and i want to know if anyone has a link to a website that will give us a good meal plan, to suit our goals

Nutrients essentiel for propper dietary balance, usually geared to what you are doing physically.
I would recommend taking a good vitamin and nutrient supplement. One ofthe better ways to get them naturally is to try and eat as many colors of vegatables as you can regularly. I would still suplement unless you are sure about your macro intake. If you are staying away from carbs you should buy a book that covers this. many things are higher in carbs than people know. South beach diet is very good and it is more tolerable then the atkins style diets. South beach is a good base even if you dont do it to the tee the book is very much worth reading. also be aware of the difference between fiberous crabs and empty carbs. The fiberous carbs are very beneficial and needed to help your digestion. If you are going no carbs or very low altogether then you will want a fiber supplement as well, even if you are not old.

Try south beach, I tell ya its good. i am not pushing it but there are so many good things to eat. i nevr did it too the tee but its a great basis to start on. I wish you success, I am starting a very similar plan myself, belt has gotten a bit tighter and I always notice a bit more energy when I eat clean.
The biggest lie ever told is that damn food pyramid the have tought for years. I dont really even whatch fat intake when I cut the carbs and I still lean down very quickly. fat is not bad if you eat the right types. It may have more calories but it can also burn more efficiently. I think knowing about calories is great but the way education about them is done should be outlawed. It is so easy to eat well and be in grea shape but the modern world would have you starve t death to lose 5 lbs when in many cases you can eat till your full and shed weight.

i know BigO i've being a gym rat since i was 13 and my dad baught me a barbell so i studied for a good couple of years but because of the preciseness off the amount we can eat i'm just looking for an online diet planner i will look at the south beach diet, but the diet we've planned up is sound, just the effort of putting food to the calories

You know what, I may have misunderstood your question, my bad. You meant more of a charting or a way to track your intake. If thats the case i know that jenny craig has a way of charting intakes. I am not recommending any of these as diets by the way, they just have great info and I like to steal free info and then manipulate it to my own styles of eating. I was a gymrat at a young age as well. its a good way of life.
If you are just looking to count grams and calories you could try typing calorie counters or calorie trackers into the web. Many will comeup. i dont know of specific ones off hand, I have looked at many but I have been able to track it in my head for years. i only care about the day Iam doing so i dont use charts. I just plan on grams of protien , carbs and fat and then I decide what I can eat that day and then to make it easier I will add in some things that I can eat limitless so I dont have to count every munchy I take.
