  • Pain when lifting?

Just wanted to ask about some pain ive been having, when i lift a heavy box at work i sometimes get a shooting pain in my penis, i bend my knees and keep my back straight but this pain still comes, it happened today and theres no pain now it just feels weakened somehow unless its just in my head. No issues pissin, any ideas?

Did you just do an intense PE workout? Do an intense physical workout the day prior?

Can you repeat this? How painful?

We really need some more information. If you can't replicate the pain it is likely nothing to worry about. If the pain persists it would be worth getting checked out.

So edging followed by heavy lifting isnt a good idea, i wont be doing it again but i didnt realise it could cause this.

You thinking referred pain from his pelvic floor? Maybe an overworked muscle with a little swelling/inflammation and a little nerve pressure?

Yes z , if his pelvic floor got more work than it is used to and was sore in a similar way to other muscles, When you lift the pelvic floor is part of the staibilisation .

Had something like this at the gym. Was doing squats and it was like a pulling pain at the base of my dick, that sound similar?

I've never had it since, but I always take my time warming up now.

It could be the start of a hernia, proper form is important regardless of the lift being done. I have heard of hernias entering the scrotum before.

Go have that examined by a doctor.

Do you feel any other lumps in you scrotum? Other than the two good ones? Higher up, even closer to the base.
