Macasure or Maca root extract

Girls over and she opens my bed table up and sees a bunch of supplements and vitamins, finds one I use that regulates hormones in men, and starts telling me about something she takes called Macasure which makes her incredibly horny, so I looked it up and its for both sexes and seems to just be wonderful. What do you guys know about it?
