  • Seeking Advice for Exams and Nerves

Hey guys, my action in most leisure things have been occupied with even more study time however I have since a very early age suffered from bad nerves within exams. In the past this has always hindered my progress, despite doing very well outs side of the actual exams.
I've asked a fair few people but not many have given practical advice or any things that I can try to apply, so I thought I would ask the wise members of the PE community

    Any advice?

    Thanks for stopping by.
    The only way, is forward.

    Hi,
You can use meditation and hypnosis. Buy a book about meditation or join a group.

As for hypnosis, you can go to a hypnotherapist or download some of those self hypnosis audio. Hypnosis REALLY works, and for somethings it works fantastic. Research a bit on it and you will see. And there are lots of self hypnosis audio you can download on torrent sites.

Try it, it will surely help you.
    Good luck passing your exams.

I also have exams in 2 weeks so some tips would be great .. I'm actually gonna try the hypnosis. i'm searching now for relaxing hypnosis sessions, so I can clear my head when I go to sleep, totally relaxed ..

My number one tip: sleep as much as possible.

Try studying hard, not wasting time, and if you study enough there is never any problem. If you prepare, there is no issue. Instead of being on the computer asking for tips you should be studying. Repetion is the mother of all learning!

One thing at a time. One exam/subject. Don't rush, don't panic.

If you need to be alone for this time, it's ok. Also, avoid stuff that can frustrate you. Even if it usually relaxes you. I enjoy playing games, but they're sometimes hard so instead of relaxing, I'm raging, lol.

Also, take a break every once in a while and use it to walk around a little bit.
Start: BPEL: 17,5 cm | EG: ~15 cm
Current: BPEL: 19 cm | EG: ~15 cm
Goal: BPEL: 22-23 cm | EG: 17-18cm with big glans.

Goal is more of a look issue than a number issue. I prefer girth over length. And hopefully girls will to...

Study right, not long. Take regular breaks during your studies. This is very important. Stop every 45-50' and take a 5-10' break or until you feel that your mind is clear again. Eat right, avoid fatty foods and cafeine related beverages as they screw up your metabolism and proper brain functions. Take lots of beauty sleep. Both night and day sleep. You may think that avoiding sleep and studying is better but remember that when you wake up, you are full of energy and your mind is relaxed and ready to work. Throw in a few physical exercises aswell. I know this may sound weird but it can help a lot. When you work out, your energy levels go up. You dont have to run a marathon or do 1000 push ups. Just 3 brief sets of push-ups as sufficient.

Follow these instructions and you will be amazed.
