My testicles hurt when I sneeze!

I know this might sound weird but the past few days I've been sneezing while dusting my house. Every time I do, a few seconds later my testicles feel like they are contracting and there is a short (3-5 second) sharp pain, similar to when you get a muscular cramp but are able to the relax the muscle in time before it has a spasm.

Is this something to see the doctor about?

def see the doctor about anything with your balls.. if you develop testicular cancer(which you probably don't have/maybe a hernia though) and it's caught early you've got a much better chance of a good outcome.. wait too long and you could lose both rather than one and worst case you'd meet your maker. I am a cancer survivor and having caught it in stage 1 might be the reason I'm pretty much cured (27 months remission <5% chance of relapse after 24 months). I wouldn't take it lightly.. could be a hernia.. its what it sounds like to me.

Give a week or two. It could be a muscle strain. If it doesn't improve, have a doctor check it out.
