Does this look like anything bad?

I've taken blood tests and nothing has gotten back positive, so I wanted to attach some photos to see if anyone here may be able to diagnose me or at least let me know what this is. It's been there for a very long time already, itchy and burning sensations at times; please find the images below highlighted in yellow:

Under testicles (white-like spots)

I'd greatly appreciate it if anyone knows what this may be. I've posted in the ED forum and everyone was pointing me towards psychological issues, not physical. I just want to rule out physical, and if these images are something I should be concerned about?

It looks like some kind of rash, maybe its from your clippers that you use when you trim down there, I know that happens to me when i trim, nothing you should be worried about....

I have a similar skin down there. I rarely have itchy sensation, and almost never burning one. But I don't know what is it. My groin skin is usually like that, all weird... Maybe it's not related, but I have mild case of psoriasis.

Have you seen a dermatologist about it? If you're really worried, that's the way to go.

It's either a rash or razor burn most likely. I don't really know why you're that worried about it? I'm a cancer survivor and I will worry very easily if I notice something is not right with my body but come on man try using some jock itch medicine down there and keeping the area dry with baby powder.
